I agree with the post of the drinks not being made to standard and getting eye rolls when asking for a remake. It’s true! I got burnt twice once a couple of weeks ago and again this morning .I literally told them about double cupping my tea. Before I got burnt. This is not a mean or rude review, but if something is told to you more than once . It’s time to evaluate.

genuinely the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. they make my drink wrong almost every time I go, and when I ask about fixing it, I met with attitude and eye rolls.

It’s a drive thru Starbucks. If you want anything other than them prioritizing cars instead of people, go elsewhere. Poorly managed.

Worst part, wasted my birthday drink on such a frustrating experience.

they lowkey don't make drinks to standard & when you politely ask for it to be remade, you get eye rolls & an even worse drink 😭 there are a couple baristas here that ARE nice but it doesn't fix the issue. sucks b/c this is the most convenient location

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this issue needs attention. My order has been incorrect over 5 times missing extras and wrong milk, which can cause allergic reactions. It’s frustrating to pay for items not received, which cause freaking side effects and errors that aren’t noticed until I’m far from the store. This is serious, not a joke.

It shouldn’t be that complicated; the printed label indicates what the drink should have. The morning crew seems to lack training, attention to detail, or, at this point, I think they just do not care. Which should be concerning as a business owner, because you lose repetitive business. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances, but the repeated mistakes are unacceptable. If staff can’t consistently follow order instructions, management should revisit training or staffing. This impacts customer safety and loyalty, Business 101. I hope something is done about it.

Your wifi service here is TERRIBLE!! It doesn't even reach the outside sitting area. Food is still good, ladies are always fantastic. Your wifi is garbage you get a bar once you go outside that door and it goes in an out every min.

I had stopped going to Starbucks locations several years ago because the teams were always so disconnected and not engaged in their work. It felt cold and robotic, and my drinks were always bad.

I moved to Apopka in October, and can't stay out of this place!

I'm greeted by name, and even though I keep switching up... they pretty much know my usual. I get a delightful quick chat while the baristas finish my drink. I even got some really good TV and movie recommendations.

Like any food business, sometimes there's a line, and occasionally my order takes longer than usual but nothing deserving of a reduced rating. It's life, get a grip!

I appreciate how the magic of this team has restored my love of Starbucks, by simply engaging and turning pain points into power moves.

I had a horrible experience on this occasion on April 30th at 5 PM with an associate named Kelly, who may not be her actual real name because she had her badge smeared out. Still, I ordered my usual Matcha latte, which I always get the sweetener on the side because of health concerns. No one ever refused to put it on the side because I am not asking for anything extra than to have sweetener separate, so I can control how sweet it is. Still, she refused me that day and told me they were not supposed to and would not do it regardless, to the point where I had to leave and call the corporate office. This individual has no customer service at all. She even spoke to me very demeaningly, so I later called to make sure I had the correct name. Still, she hung up the phone on me. Acting like she was another employee. I will not go to this location any more, which is bad because I’ve been a Starbucks customer for over 10 years.

This is the best Starbucks in town. They are always so nice and accommodating. If they are out of something you are looking for they try to recommend something good.

This store has almost no service, and several staff members are busy with blank expressions. Why do people still give it high scores? I placed an order on my phone, and I waited for more than 25 minutes, but nothing happened? I went to ask, and they saw the forgotten order with blank expressions, and went to make me a cup of lemon tea, and hurriedly handed it to me, with blank expressions throughout the process, no service, no explanation. Starbucks coffee service quality has forgotten that they need customers. If there are no customers, won’t they lose money? It is worth pondering for managers!
