Happy to have a Starbucks in the area. However I have been there a few times and each time the staff is lacking and seem almost annoyed to be there. Definitely not the experience I’m used to at a Starbucks. Recently, I ordered something from the drive thru and when I received the item that wasn’t what I ordered the staff member was clearly annoyed and i felt like she was scolding me for asking for the correct order! It wasn’t crowded she could have simply fixed it or asked me to wait in the parking lot. I was so perplexed at how she dealt with it, I just took the incorrect order and left. I’ll probably keep driving to the West colonial location next time, better service.

This is a great location, it is always clean and my drinks are usually spot on. I haven’t had any issues but feel as if I did, they would easily make corrections without a fight. The staff is also friendly and they have enough staff working so orders are very quick, even when the line is wrapped around the building.Parking: Plenty of parking but it can be cumbersome to get in and out when there are a many cars in line at the drive through.

Worst I’ve ever been to in my damn life nobody can seem to follow simple directions even the manager acts annoyed when you bring it to there attention messed my drink up and acted as if I was making it up I’m a paying customer definitely my last time ever !

Worst most pathetic location ever multiple times they have long weights and when you get your order it's all wrong. I ordered a $30 meal today when I got home there was literally nothing in between the buns of the sandwich except a piece of bacon called back in the manager who must've been 18 years oldcare a bit. I'm contacting the state of Florida on this location.

First time I ordered and asked for no ice I was charged almost $2.00 extra. They refused to take it off so I called corporate. According to corporate they aren’t supposed to charge extra. Second time I ordered my drink with no ice and extra cold foam I got a completely watered down drink with barely any cold foam that wasn’t thick at all. Completely done with this location!

I order a Matcha lemonade all the time and for some reason lately it has been tasting terrible. So I started adjusting it to have extra lemonade and light ice. If I order from any other Starbucks, it taste great but this one it is terrible and I don’t know why. I started putting no water since it taste like water and matcha, so now I have extra lemonade ans. I water, light ice. Today I send my order and I get a water and matcha full of ice. Taste disgusting. I don’t know if whoever is making it at this store in the mornings is using light lemonade or not reading the order right but it is nasty

Best Starbucks location! The service is fast, the orders are always right, and most importantly the staff is SO friendly. There’s one barista specifically (I think her name is Hope?) who truly goes above and beyond. Even when it’s extremely busy, she keeps her composure and continues to give the best service! 10/10

I recently visited the brand new Starbucks location in Ocoee, and it exceeded all my expectations! This place deserves a solid 5-star rating. The store was immaculately clean, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Plus, there's ample parking available, so no stress about finding a spot. The quick drive-through service was a game-changer for me, ensuring I got my coffee fix without any hassle. I'll definitely be a regular here!

This Starbucks location is exceptional! Fairly new locations but I always say, whoever is training the staff there is a pro. Seems they have standards and expectations for service and it shines through in a very genuine way. Im a firm believer in the energy you give, is the energy you receive and EVERY TIME! I visit this location the energy is top tier (with the exception of a couple times, this one barista is just blah like a teenager with a bit of an attitude-but apparently management checked it in because she seems to have gotten her act together and joined the positive energy flow of her teammates;-) Love visiting this location. Keep it up guys and gals, got something special;-)
