Just walked in to Taco Bell. Usually I go through the drive through but I wanted to sit down nobody came to the counter. I watched people work in the kitchen. For at least 10 min.. What made me leave the final straw was? I'm watching this lady in a disgusting work area throw people's tacos together. They need to do better.

CHECK YOUR ODER... Anytime we order through the drive through there is alway something missing from the order that we paid for. Disgraceful for the price Taco Bell has gotten up to. Do Better please!

Taco Bell is one my faves... but the inside dining room at the 21st street location is very unwelcoming. Tables r dirty, sauces/napkin island is often empty, n it is freezing cold in there

The staff and manager are useless. Do NOT use the app you will be charged 4 or 5 times without the order even going through. If you ask to speck to the manager he will barely acknowledge you, saying they have nothing to do with the app.
Si I regret to say that I had less than stellar service at this location today I didn’t receive my entre order and I am very disappointed..

I'm leaving 5 stars for the customer service. The young lady at the drive thru made this review what it is. Being polite,friendly and courteous is very hard to find in the younger generation today. She should think about starting her own business of training employees in the field of customer service. Thanks Dyaisha. Hope the spelling is close...
