I purchased a Mexican pizza and mango tea. The pizza looked like it was threw in the tray and when I got my tea it was water down. Would I come back and purchase these items probably not. The drive thru was pretty quick.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one was truly deserved. I went inside the restaurant to place my order at the kiosk. It was a Thursday evening at 6:25pm. Nothing crazy. It took this location almost 20 minutes to fill my order of 3 items. Not only did this take far too long, but the simple addition of ground beef and onions to the items- that I was billed extra for- were not added. I did not discover this until I got home. Additionally, the chicken chalupa had zero chicken on it. Extremely disappointed in this location. Had better service and better food at other Taco Bells. I will be avoiding this location moving forward.

Stay outta this place if you want your orderr to actually be filled went in placed a 50 dollar order and charged for it and then they deleted it off the screen on the back and then argued with us and pretty much told us we were lying and that we never placed the order and we showed them we placed and they still argued we never placed the order at all

Good luck getting napkins or utensils from this location. The last 3 times my husband had gone to pick up food that had the potatoes with cheese in the bag, no utensils, no napkins but a whole ton of sauce that no one asked for.

I have no idea how this location manages to always screw up at least one thing in an order. Missing items constantly. Wrong items given. Wrong things put into items. It's just everything that you could think of that they manage to screw up. When you confront them on this, they act like you are wasting their time and that it's your fault they didn't do their job. Had they just got the order right the first time, neither of us would be in that situation.

It’s a hit or miss with the drive through line, having worked in the food industry it’s clear they’re either under trained or understaffed. Pulled up to the drive through 8 cars were ahead of me, went inside to pick up my mobile order was there for 10 mins no one came to acknowledge there was anyone standing at the counter, canceled my order and walked out.
Order was simple. Chalupa meal, beef supreme with a dorito taco and mt dew Baja breeze. Wife’s two tacos were correct except they were soupy. My entire order was incorrect! That is the second time we’ve been here and the second time they’ve screwed it up! The workers clearly do not give two shits. Bc the managers don’t care. (Clearly). And these employees want raises? Everyone should be fired! What an embarrassment!

Just walked in to Taco Bell. Usually I go through the drive through but I wanted to sit down nobody came to the counter. I watched people work in the kitchen. For at least 10 min.. What made me leave the final straw was? I'm watching this lady in a disgusting work area throw people's tacos together. They need to do better.
