If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. This is not only the worst Texas Roadhouse location I’ve ever been to—it’s genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in all of Orlando.
Let’s start with the parking lot: it’s way too small for the crowd they try to accommodate. Guests were parking at the bank next door or at the nearby dentist office, visibly worried about being towed. And mind you, this was on a Thursday night—not even the weekend.
We were quoted a 15-minute wait. We ended up waiting closer to 40. There are only two benches outside and a roped-off patio area with a few tables. To make matters worse, the smell coming from the garbage can nearby was disgusting.
Eventually, we were called in via text. When we approached the host stand, the hostess didn’t greet us—just looked irritated and snapped, “Name.” After giving it, she pointed at a wall and barked “Stall two,” like we were cattle. Then we waited even longer in a crowded entryway until another host called our name, gave us a cold glance, and silently led us to our table—again, no greeting or smile.
Once seated, we didn’t get any rolls (a Texas Roadhouse staple) and weren’t told who our server would be. The restaurant was a mess—trash on the floor, tables cluttered with leftovers. It looked like no one cared to clean anything up.
Ten minutes go by. Finally, someone comes by, gives no introduction, and just asks what we want to drink. Still no rolls. Five more minutes pass, no drinks, no return. That was the final straw—we left. After wasting over an hour, walking out was the best decision of the night.
The staff were beyond rude. I understand food service isn’t an easy job, but a sliver of professionalism and basic respect goes a long way. This location clearly lacks both. The place was filthy, the staff couldn’t care less, and it honestly felt like customers were just a nuisance to them.
Save yourself the trouble and drive a little farther to the Texas Roadhouse in Clermont, Sanford, or even Kissimmee. All three are far superior to this disaster of an establishment.
Vegetarian options: If you’re vegetarian, don’t bother coming here. The only “option” they offer is a veggie plate, which is just four side items—most of which are some form of potato or steamed vegetables. You’re limited to one salad choice, and that’s about it. There are no actual vegetarian entrées on the menu, and it’s clear vegetarians are an afterthought, if considered at all. Do not go here.

Mother bette who is 92 years old he help her to front door and held it for us ! He is a class act ! I will definitely be back and will let others know ! Thank you for having a excellent employee on staff ! We wanted for nothing and the food was great too 😋 tyvm for making us 3 ladies have a very pleasant evening 😀 blessings to you 😊

We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse-Ocoee and we just have to say our server Bracus was AMAZING!!! Never had a server who was so engaging with his guests and he made our dining experience very memorable. We really thought about not returning to Texas as we had a very negative experience last week Thursday 3/13, to make the story short, we got checked in, got seated, waited for 15 minutes no one came and took our order or even came to give us drinks. We came to find out our host sat us at the wrong table section but still no one came and moved us to the correct table so we ended up leaving. That’s why we gave Texas another chance, and because of Bracus we will keep returning to Texas Roadhouse. He is a gem, an amazing person, he engages with the guests, makes the experience fun, great customer service. Fantastic job!!!! Thank you Bracus, you are the best ☺️👍🏻a s hopefully we get you as our server the next time.

We had a large party of 40 people after a funeral, they had just opened up and accommodated us very well. Service was great, friendly and the food was great. I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in years but will definitely be returning!!

Super disappointed. I ordered my steak to be well done NO pink and added mushrooms and onions. I was dining in, but had to leave, so my husband stayed and ate his food and got my food to go. I get home ready to eat my food and the steak has pink and there are NO mushrooms and/or onions that I paid extra for.
