We went to Texas roadhouse tonight and had the pleasure of being served by Bracus what a awesome sever very intensive to our needs ! We brought my bestie. Mother bette who is 92 years old he help her to front door and held it for us ! He is a class act ! I will definitely be back and will let others know ! We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse-Ocoee and we just have to say our server Bracus was AMAZING!!! Never had a server who was so engaging with his guests and he made our dining experience very memorable. We really thought about not returning to Texas as we had a very negative experience last week Thursday 3/13, to make the story short, we got checked in, got seated, waited for 15 minutes no one came and took our order or even came to give us drinks. Steak was great. Ribs were all fatty and not that good at all (Costco ribs are way better). Baked potato was dry, old and had leathered skin. Chili is great. I expected better across the board.... Has been a long time. Wont be back.
