Came in for a business meeting lunch. I asked for somewhere a little more secluded & quiet. Jennifer set us up in the perfect spot. She turned out to be the server as well. She recommended some potato pancakes as a snack while we waited for our food & we were not disappointed. Our food came before we could even finish the appetizer. Everything was great & we will definitely be back.

Came in for lunch but was on a time crunch & we let our server Jennifer know immediately at her greeting the table. She assured us it wouldn’t be an issue and Brian the manager came and greeted us & assured us that they would get us in & out in time to make it too our appointment. They rushed our order ahead of others & we had time eat all our food without rushing & leave in time to make it to our appointment. The food came out so fast! Everything was delicious 🤤 Kudos to Jennifer & Brian for meeting our accommodations. And Kudos to TooJays for meeting our taste buds satisfaction. We will definitely be back!

Came in for a quick breakfast Jennifer was my server. She greeted me with a big smile & was very attentive. I only wanted 2 eggs & pancakes. Jennifer offered the combo breakfast for only $1.00 more & I would get a bunch of extra stuff. She took her time to find the best meal option for me. Food came out faster than I could blink! Everything was cooked perfect 10 out of 10 for food & service!

There day we visited. They were highly UNDERSTAFFED. Everything was slow to happen. A simple sandwiches meal took painfully too long. If we were alone, I might have walked out before the food arrived.

Dianne was a joy to work with. They did not have the bagel I asked for, so she had the kitchen make one fresh. It was nice to start the new year with hot, delicious, fresh bagels.

Love a food establishment who knows how to properly pack a to-go-order, particularly soups. Everything is always hot and fresh. Can't go wrong with the egg salad on challah bread.

My server named Christle did an excellent job! She was attentive and kind. The lowered rating is for the fact that the menu says Latkes (potato pancakes) come in an appetizer size of 4 or full serving of 8. The kitchen informed my server that I was only getting 3 but the price would remain the same. What is that, an instant price increase? When I ordered dessert, a piece of carrot cake, the woman behind the front counter somehow scraped off half the top of the piece of cake and gave it to me anyway. If it had not been for Christle’s sense of humor the evening would have gone completely differently. Christle saved the day and should be rewarded.

TooJay's is a great restaurant and we always ask for Jennifer. She is wonderful...very attentive and goes out of her way to make sure we have everything we need while dining at TooJay's.

We arrived and waited several minutes to be seated. The place seems to be slow on Saturday at the time that we went no employees monitoring entry to the sign please wait to be seated. Possibly a electronic sensor to alert employees. We waited and ate my wife enjoyed the food but while eating we could here a lady that had the same issue. Talking very loudly HELLO! No one responded a shame really. Customers need to be acknowledged quickly. I see looking at prior reviews its not a fluke it seems to be the way it is. Toojays is a great place to dine but to much of this is a turn off.

I recently went here for the first time and the food was delicious. My waiter was a gentleman by the name of Anthony. He was super helpful, kind, and had such positivity. Even when he was busy he took the time to help me with recommendations and check in on me. I will for sure come back and if you want excellent customer service ask for Anthony!!
