Horrible. Rotten strawberry and banana in it with a terrible flavour.Had to throw it away. Also they made me wait more than an hour! I scheduled the delivery for 5pm (I did at noon) and it arrived at 6. Dasher was there on time and waited over 30 min It's a shame. They have 2x1 but it's not worth it. This was my second time.. first time was great but this inconsistency is not good at all

I don’t know if they have new ownership or management but the accuracy of their orders and overall level of service has declined. I constantly have to double check our pick up orders because they aren’t correctly made and I have to seek out help as we are not acknowledged when walking in.

This place has the best açaí bowls, employees are very nice, it was my first time and they helped me choose a bowl because there was so many to choose from. They also offer smoothies, juices and, juice shots. Overall great customer service, I definitely recommend stopping by on a hot day to cool you down.

I usually order online through Uber Eats while I’m at work, and I’ve always been so satisfied with the staff and service. Everyone is incredibly kind and friendly, and the bowls are absolutely delicious! I even got everyone at my job hooked on them too. It’s seriously the best thing I look forward to during my shifts.

We arrived at 8:24 PM to buy a bowl & smoothie. Unfortunately, as we parked the staff watched us walk up. The door was locked, I gestured asking if they were closed, they said yes. My son also had to use the restroom which made the matter even worse. They laughed as we saw them inside from our vehicle (3 total staff: black female, white male, and white female). The set time for closing is 9pm on their website & google at the time of this review. The interaction was very unprofessional and I will not be going back. To be honest, we only came because Smoothie King & Tropical Smoothie were both closed near by this company. So sadly, this made the matter even worse.
