Let me start by saying this review should be a five star, but I unfortunately can’t rate that high. The ice cream is top notch. It’s the service that’s awful. Last 3 times we ordered at the drive thru, all 3 orders were wrong on different dates. Tonight again. Same thing. I too work in the service industry and this is unacceptable. I don’t know if the employees are improperly trained or what the problem is. Whoever owns this establishment needs to take notice and correct these issues. I also tried to call, but it goes to voicemail. I will update this review when and if these issues of consistent mistakes are corrected. Luckily there are other locations that get it right. This one is going downhill due to horrible staff.

First time having this ice cream because my boyfriend is obsessed and can’t be in Orlando without stopping here at least twice. It was delicious and I can see why he loves it so much. It’s definitely a simple yet must try spot when in Orlando. The service was also wonderful with all employees smiling and welcoming families. Looking forward to my next visit here.

Great place in Winter Garden to get ice cream from. Very friendly there. Lots of tables to sit at and eat your ice cream with the grandkids kids
Parking: It's a little tight getting into and out since it is right before Hwy 50 but it's not that bad once you know where it is.
Kid-friendliness: I mean it's an ice cream shop. What more can you say?? LoL of course the kids loved it!!
Wheelchair accessibility: It does have wheelchair access. I saw a handicap spot and I believe a ramp there as well

Not as generous with the soft serve as the other Twistee locations but still more than sufficient at $4.26 for the large cup with the vanilla, chocolate, & strawberry soft serve. They stack the soft serve rather than swirling them side by side inside the cup as the other Twistee locations do it. I would definitely come back again, but I am rating this place vs the other Twistee Treat establishments thus the minus one star. I think I have tried all their locations - always a good stopover for ice cream and bringing family/friends.

I have diabetes and was craving vanilla soft serve ice cream and only one location had the sugar free, and not near me, I finally went and no more vanilla. Wish all locations had sugar free vanilla.
