Vitality Bowls Ocoee

I’ve visited several times for juice and smoothies while in the area. Very consistent and less expensive than making at home. Tried the green glow bowl and I loved it. Very filling and tasty. Interior is clean. Staff is efficient.

OMG this place was so delicious. I got the steak wrap and was so impressed. I also got one of the juices and it made me want to leave this comment. Can't wait to come back.

I have been here for 25 min and had to wait for one employee to make 3 orders before mine while the other swept. I understand being busy but with another employee in the store the customer should come first.

The bowl was delicious, but I didn’t appreciate the sass of the employee in the back when I asked for a cup of chicken and the employee up front went back and asked her. A simple “no, we don’t offer that” would of sufficed. I guess she thought we couldn’t hear here through the door? Or see her? Either way. A little odd that I spend 18 bucks on a bowl and can’t substitute honey for peanut butter without an additional cost and can’t get some tap water without an additional cost. I don’t like the taste of Niagara bottled water and just wanted something to drink. We both know y’all can do better.

The best acai bowl I've ever had. I got the dessert bowl. So divine. Big portions. Can't wait to come back!! ? :]

Great atmosphere and better food!!!

Got "Green Me Up" juice 12oz $8.Selection was nice. Interior is small and acoustically loud.Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Elisa was nice.Juice was good. I had a green juice about 12oz.Everything seemed to be small portions at regular prices so the value for me was not quite there.The restaurant which includes less than 10 tables inside was clean, open, bright, and inviting.It isn't a place I would frequent but it is nice from time to time.

The first time I came in with my sister, some lady who was giving us our bowls, openly shamed me loudly because I tasted my bowl before my sister who was mistakenly assumed to be my date or girlfriend got her bowl. She needs to mind her own business, shut her mouth and do her job. It is not her business to tell me what to do. The acai was good. Service was poor. Train your staff better and learn what good customer service is. They also deleted this review off their facebook page.

Fantastic salads that are not loaded with calories! Harold, the owner, is personally involved and cates about every single order!! So happy I found it!

Giving 3 stars just because the food was OK. Customer service on the other hand was poor. Who seemed to be the manager or the owner was extremely rude to me and my wife since the moment we walked in. We were still ordering and she kept saying our total, until my wife told her that we were not done ordering and that we needed a minute to decide on the type of bowl we wanted. Overall, avoid this place, there are a lot of similar places that I am pretty sure will have better customer service, and probably better food.

Very unprofessional owners . The food is fine, not the best but owners are very unprofessional and should not be running a business. Knows nothing about customer service or how to properly treat their employees. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here or work here.

I plan to reflect my honest opinion in this review, as always. The company itself is great and food is very tasty. I’ve given this place multiple chances for good service before writing any review, because I understand that (some) businesses try to improve over time. If you want welcoming hospitality, don't come here. If you try to order in advance, don’t bother because it will not be ready. I placed an order through the app at 1:37pm, saying pickup time would be 2:05, I got there at 2:10, and they told me they’re about to START on my order. It’s worse that I was on a time crunch and in huge letters there’s a sticker that reads “no refunds or returns”. They told me my order wasn’t started AFTER I paid almost $30 worth of food. I asked if there was any point in using their mobile app and cashier replied with “you should just call next time”. This isn’t the first time I’ve waited over 20 minutes for something very simple, such as a smoothie. There is NEVER an apology for the wait or a greeting when I come through the door. I am never mad at the teenage cashiers working because they obviously haven’t been taught by the owners what good service is. I just feel bad for them. I’ve been here enough times to reach over $100 on my mobile app for points just to say the least, and it’s very unfortunate that the management doesn’t care to do anything about bad reviews. They have lost my trust and my business.

I’ve eaten here a few times and it hasn’t disappointed me. I’m a new vegetarian and there are some absolutely delicious foods to try on the menu. Elon is awesome and she explains everything in detail to me of what I can and can’t have due to diet restrictions, I appreciate you girl!!?? also just spoke to the owner of the company and he’s very pleasant and professional. He Listened to my concerns and I completely agree with the steps he is taking to help his team become and stay successful. A business owner is suppose to serve as a mentor and I’m pleased and confident that this place will be successful.
