We went tonight around 8 and let me tell you the service IS HORRIBLE there was this light skin girl we dont even know her name she was on her phone more than checking her tables AND WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE only time she went to check on us was when she went to drop the check no REFILLS we were pretty much drinking our saliva we kept calling her and would ignore us like if she didnt hear us, its a shame they let any kid work now instead of finding a person who actually wants to work they hire those who care about the paycheck more

This low of a review is for the food only, the waitress was very nice and the cook seemed fine but the food was absolutely bad. $48 for 3 people and I could’ve made better food at home and I’m by no means a cook. Bacon was burnt bad, grits were very lumpy, eggs were overcooked. The only good food item was the waffle. And it wasn’t like they were busy, we were the only people in the whole restaurant

The worse Waffle House in Orlando!!! All these workers in here and they’re still slow.! Slow to take your order! Slow to cook the food! Slow to acknowledge you.! Serving burned waffles/has browns and expect you to eat it(HELL NO). After asking for plastic ware to eat, they told us no, so we left!!!!! Waffles just sitting on counter getting cold! Servers on cellphones instead of taking orders, while people wait around.

Worst experience ever, filthy place, sat for 23 mins and never was greeted or order was taken, 2 families came in and were seated and order was taken before me despite me being there first!
I don't remember the name of the employee but as soon as she brought me my waffle, she noticed it was extremely brown and offered to remake it. I told her it looked really good and after I ate it, I felt it was way better than the waffle I had my previous visit. I also made sure to tell her it was the best waffle I have had in more than 4 years because it really was. This was 4 hours ago. 10/20/2024 5:30AM.

The food was top notch as always, and the prices can’t be beat. The service was great Melissa and Vicki made sure we felt welcome and our cups never went empty. This is one of the best waffle houses I have ever been to.
