Today (8/11) I went to get a Dave's triple, open up to six small singles in my sandwich. Clearly they got ppl in the kitchen that don't know what they are doing.

We went to this location 8/8/25 11:00pm last night and the inside was closed which was not posted for dinning room times so we attempted to go through the drive-thru which after I ordered one Wendy's double deluxe combo, I said I have more I was told I can only order one order per car. It was two of us in the car which I thought was very inappropriate and 2 cars in the drive thru the car before me was in a argument about the same thing but I did not know that was what it was so I pulled off and took my business to a Burger King which was very much enjoyable I will not be going back to this location again. It's not my fault you're short-staffed at night and change your way of serving us Guest. The Manager was the one taking orders and she was very rude.

I went to order via Drive thru, and I was greeted by AI. So AI does the service and y’all rack up the prices?? No business from me.
Also to add, after I rejected the business I saw some of your staff through the drive thru waving goodbye, a gesture of very poor customer service.

Who ever the lady is working the window on 07/31/2025 at 7pm needs more training. She did not know where to get the drink i ordered which was a cherry limeade that you get from the Coca Cola machine. She checked where they make the lemonade after I told her its the machine she says no they dont have anymore and the option changed so its not available. I asked for BBQ and she didnt even give me that. She gave me ketchup. I said im picking up a mobile order and she proceeds to ask me if ita a mobile order, then I pull up to the window and again. She asked for me 5o pay because she forgot within 2seconds I said its a mobile order.

What they advertise The BACONATOR to look like vs what it really looks like. It was like I ordered it from TEMU. Explains why there's a line wrapped around Chic Filet while Wendy's has 1 other customer here. Did the online review with my contact info as I always give restaurants a chance before posting reviews but no response.
At 1:30am i had a very hungry grandkid and we ordered expecting the food to be end of night cold or warm. They blew my mind every was hot and fresh. It was nice. Thanks to everyone working

Honestly, I don’t know if Wendy’s just hires the worst of the worst, but it seems that everytime I visit this store the customer service is ridiculously bad. I stood at the counter, trying to get the attention of ANY of the workers that were standing there in a group, literally just trash talking customers, and NONE of them came to help. They literally made eye contact with me and continued to purposefully ignore me. Even the redhead manager ignored me and she consistently has an attitude every time I come and also makes it obvious she hates her job. Save your money and go to Culvers.
