Terrible service and the manager who works right now at night very rude should not work in customer service and should not bother to tell her to deliver me the order that was requested. In the end I returned what she gave me because it was not what I requested and she did not give me what I requested

Hispanic lady manager is rude as heck, their card reader wasn’t working and she kept acting like it was my fault, then after resetting the machine she didn’t click for me to pay so I just stood there and waited for nothing smh I’ve been in here before and she’s always so mad, she needs a different job

This my 3rd time coming to this Wendy’s and the lobby is closed before operations hours! Then the boy come to the door ON THE PHONE AND TELL me to go to drive through it’s 9 something in the evening it’s no reason the lobby is closed

Messed up my order. I drove back to get my missing Baconator. I was told I didn't order it according to the receipt. So maybe if we picked up the phone when customers call in, I wouldn't have to waste my time. But yeah I was asked 4-5 times for 2 triple baconators, one regular baconator. I did order it the person just messed up. So don't tell me what I didn't order when I verbally said it 4 times. It’s your mistake!

While building turns into a water park when it rains. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, 5 employees staring at me, and not one attempted to assist me. Great place to go if you’re looking to be ignored and wet.

Should get no star! Got my food thru drive thru and as soon as we pull the speaker says go ahead with your order! The girl wasn’t even listening to me and talking over me every thing I said was what was that again and she still wasnt listening and talking over my order! I get to the ay window and the guy says 16 something and then he goes and says 20.29! I then pull up to the food window and was handed my food and that’s that I get to my destination and low and behold the bun on my sandwich was so hard I couldn’t even eat it so now I’m pissed I go to try and call the phone number on the receipt and nothing the phone number is not working or in service. I look it up online same thing phone number is not in service!! I will never go back there again ever! I hate Wendy’s!!!

I ordered spicy nuggets they gave regular ones. I find hair in my ghost pepper ranch sauce. I ordered a large meal they gave me a small one. All they do is talk talk talk talk
