I ordered bone in wings and they sent me these soggy chicken McNuggets very non-edible. I called the “wing boss” and they said Harry said to send them boneless anyway, instead of canceling it. Not a boss!

Should have read the reviews before i walked in... Its so confusing I walked in expecting wing boss but got Dickies. Now I have 12 gross wings and I'm down 28 bucks. Phenomenal.

don't recommend. i ordered delivery of 2 meals. when my order arrive 1 of the containers of Backed Beans was open and spilled all over the rest of the food. I checked my order and was missing the Cole slaw topper I ordered n paid for as did not get any of the BBQ . OK mistakes happen so I called the store. spoke with a young lady that apologized about the spilled beans n said they could try to get beans . When I asked about the Cole slaw n the BBQ sauce she explained their where issues n there was nothing they could do. Upset I asked to speak to the Manager. I could hear her talk to a man n could not hear all her said just I not dealing n then they HUNG UP on me. I understand things are different in restaurants now but all I wanted was to make right the order I paid for n did not receive. Very poor Customer service. My 1st time trying them and my last!!

Completely soggy and inedible wings and fries.It’s just a ghost kitchen in Dickies. And that’s surprising because dickies is normally very good. Guess they should stick to bbq.
Literally never review places. I ordered wings with sauce on the side plus additional sauces (for a fee). My wings were delivered with none of the sauces I ordered on the side. So I paid extra for sauce that should have been included :/ wings were decent. If everything was correct it’d be 4 stars.

Absolutely horrible. Meat was not tender, but dry. Seasoning was smothered with salt and was so unbearable that i thew the food in the trash can. My bill was $54 for 2 plates of food and was missing 1 side, 1 entree and extra requested items. When I called the manager to share my experience, he refused to help, apologize, take responsibility, or refund my money. He was by far the RUDEST person I’ve ever dealt with in hospitality.
I am formally requesting that a General Manager of this location respond back with their contact info so that I can share additional feedback, but not the manager on duty the evening 12.8.21 at 7pm.

I waited 30 minutes past my pick up time, order was wrong and frankly, barely cooked. The fries fell apart when picked up. I wrote corporate a complaint and got no response. Avoid.
