Staff needs to do the curb side pick up. Signs are not there for decorations. Waited 15mins when said my order is done. I got off my vehicle and food just sat there cold.

Parking: I've never had food from zaxbys, so I asked questions, and the cashier just pointed the ink pen towards the menu on the wall and stared at me. BTW, no one else was there to be waited on.

Yeah I’m pretty this going to be my last time coming here. Every time I order food is either they can’t hear what I’m trying to order. And why yall so rude no proper way of talking just straight rudeness. Something about customers service need to be the center of attention for the workers. I personally don’t leave reviews but when I do it’s because I had enough.
