“This place is a gem. My daughter and I went because they had a workshop for kids making donuts. We had a blast. The food is top notch and this is coming from a person who is really picky about ingredients and what goes inside my family's body. The owners are costumers oriented, and you can feel their passion about nutrition and their business. I highly recommend this place; I wish it was closer to us, but I will continue visiting them every time I am in the area. This is the type of business that needs to flourish and stay around. “Picked up packed snow to throw today for our kid's as a Christmas Elf tradition. The staff went above and beyond to make it special for them and even decorated the cooler to make it look Christmas themed. This is our 3rd year doing this, and the most memorable!“

The immunity tea with elderberry was refreshing and naturally sweetened. The turkey sandwich was delicious. It was packed and flavorful. Again, high protein and low carb.

“My favorite juice/smoothie shop in Tampa. I was sad about the location closest to me @ Wiregrass closing but thankful for this location. Fresh fruits and quality ingredients are used which make the smoothies and bowls full of flavor. The nutty bowl and berry bowl are are faves. Always a treat coming here!!“

“We highly recommend this place for their drinks and limited edition loose leaf tea. We love how you’re able to combine 2 different flavors — like in our case, Pistacchio Matcha! The place is very busy but the staff members are always helpful whenever we’d ask questions about their products and menu. We enjoy their tea of the week as it helps us discover new flavors.“

“Such an awesome change of pace when looking for a new brunch spot in the North Tampa area..It was a breath of fresh air to see such an awesome health option packed menu as well as some tasty coffee drink options. The owner was on hand to take our order with a smile and great customer service. We ended up getting the Greek omelet which was packed with the right amount of veggies and super tasty feta cheese. The fresh brew coffee topped it off and complimented my breakfast perfectly. They have a quiet/ prayer room in the back which is perfect for those who want that perfect place to reflect and take things in.. They also have a prayer wall which was nice to see prayers and thoughts from other as well as the change to write something for someone else who may come along and need some cheer… all in all I am so glad we stopped in and I am sure we will be back in the near future… Amen..“

“Great small business run by women! Smoothies are yummy, waffles always smell AMAZING! I love the fitness classes! I enjoy taking part in the 21 day challenges. They have a fancy scale that tells you all your muscle and fat percentages etc.. so you can track your progess. It's a casual, family atmosphere, I love this place.“
