Starbucks is a restaurant with a comfortable seating area and a variety of drinks. However, the music can be quite loud. A customer ordered a grande cafe latte with sugar and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich through the drive thru, but received a latte with no sugar and a sandwich with no bacon. Another customer enjoyed a pineapple passionfruit lemonade with strawberry puree and a sugar free vanilla latte, both made well. Unfortunately, they were out of Cinnamon Dolce Latte on two separate occasions. However, an employee named Claudio made a customer's day by making a Cinnamon Dolce Latte even when they were out. The staff, including Joey, are reported to have positive attitudes.
