Food is always good but they usually give me the wrong order when I go through the drive thru and they almost never toast the bread when I order
ice cream was good. service was ok but they were not busy and still looked unorganized.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the lobby and behind the counter really needed attention. Staff needed to walk carefully to avoid slipping on the dirty floor. Drains were in big time, and they needed cleaning and demolding. These drains were quite visible to the customers. The food counters were cluttered and dirty. 2 of the staff seemed to be lazy. The manager on duty was doing most of the work.
The MOD was very attentive and fast and helpful!

Stopped in for an ice cream treat after a funeral visitation.
Staff was friendly enough but my first 3 Blizzard choices were not available due to either not having cookie dough bits or graham cracker bits.
We ordered a medium cone, small Blizzard and a medium Blizzard. The cone was a good size but both Blizzards came out the same size (small) and I paid almost $18 for the three items.
I didn't want to waste my time going up to ask about it so I left it alone and ate my 4th choice Blizzard flavor that was mixed so poorly I was eating plain vanilla ice cream half way through it.

Got the 7 dollar box.this is ridiculous 3 small ass piece of chicken and a small hand full of French fries that can't even feed a kid that's bullshit. It wasnt even worth getting it and now i am out 7 dollars. When it should be worth 1 dollars for this order I will not be getting food from there ever again.

Most people don't know this but, Dairy Queen offers hot fudge sundaes but they also have cocoa fudge sundaes! I've been enjoying cocoa fudge for 10+ years. Today at Dairy Queen Okeechobee I was told the cocoa fudge is for cakes only!!! What!?! Really!?!? Since when? Won't be back.

Of the fast food hamburger joints, Dairy Queen burgers are the best. Also you can get a blizzard

Ice cream is great . But I just got the most dry burger iv ever had in my life . Could've made a better burger out of chalk
Despite all the responses you see on the Google reviews staff still does the same. They very clearly do not want to to do their jobs. They decided to section off part of the restaurant because they did not want to clean it again by 7pm. My 3 year old wanted to sit in the section so we did. Staff then gyped us on our fries and put no banana in our banana split and spent their time complaining about how they had to clean the section again. They were nice to my daughter which was awesome but it's not my fault that they are lazy and don't want to do their job which should include cleaning the whole restaurant when it's closed and not during opening hours and be done with it.

The best chili cheese dogs! But I go for the blizzards. They never seem to be able to mix the blizzard goodies all the way to the bottom of the cup! This time I purchased a large with an extra serving of carmel truffle goodie bites & it was only mixed half way down. That's so disappointing when I paid $7 to $8 for this dessert!

I went and ordered 2 blizzards last night but when I got them it was already very melted and supper messy. I thought I was paying for ice cream not milk.
