Ice cream is great . But I just got the most dry burger iv ever had in my life . Could've made a better burger out of chalk

Despite all the responses you see on the Google reviews staff still does the same. They very clearly do not want to to do their jobs. They decided to section off part of the restaurant because they did not want to clean it again by 7pm. My 3 year old wanted to sit in the section so we did. Staff then gyped us on our fries and put no banana in our banana split and spent their time complaining about how they had to clean the section again. They were nice to my daughter which was awesome but it's not my fault that they are lazy and don't want to do their job which should include cleaning the whole restaurant when it's closed and not during opening hours and be done with it.

The best chili cheese dogs! But I go for the blizzards. They never seem to be able to mix the blizzard goodies all the way to the bottom of the cup! This time I purchased a large with an extra serving of carmel truffle goodie bites & it was only mixed half way down. That's so disappointing when I paid $7 to $8 for this dessert!

I went and ordered 2 blizzards last night but when I got them it was already very melted and supper messy. I thought I was paying for ice cream not milk.

After numerous calls I finally got someone on the phone. I wanted to place an order. Was told I had to order online or come in. Am unable to order a cake online. Very very poor service

We ordered through DoorDash and the order that came was not ours. The driver stated she confirmed with the staff that it was correct and stated the store receipt was unable to print. She stated the young ladies were laughing and chatting with each other. Top it all off, DoorDash refused to refund due to their refund policy.

So sad that the manager was so rude and said it was impossible to mix cherry slushy and lemon lime in the same cup. Then laughed as if she'd accomplished a great task of making the customer unhappy. She's very unpleasant and I will not be going back or recommending this store to anyone . If however you want to be treated like a bother for shopping with DQ then go to the Okeechobee store and you'll get just that treatment.

I arrived at the DQ drive through at 7:15 pm. Ordered a Sundae and a blizzard. we finally received our order 25 minutes later. Holy Cow.

Two of the cheeseburgers were fresh three of them were not. The fries are okay, the onion rings were chewy and old really terrible. The area behind the Border counter where they prepare the desserts was a real mess. Not appetizing at all. I will say everybody was courteous

Ordered online, and almost everything was wrong and/or they were out of things and just substituted or left it out. Girl at counter didn't know where anything was, and it seemed like she had no clue what she was doing. Restaurant and bathrooms were very dirty. Wish I had checked reviews before ordering.
