IF I could give NO STAR, I would. I ordered a carryout of a large pizza with sausage, mushrooms, onions, and EXTRA sausage. I paid cash $24.60
I should have taken time to look at it. I got it home to Lakeport, down SR 78 and it had maybe one small piece of sausage on each slice. I would have taken the pizza back and complained, and I should have taken a picture to put on here. But, I did neither.
EASY to say, I WILL find a different pizza place in Okeechobee. It will NOT be Domino's. This pizza was awful!!

I will say that the young man who waited on me, was a great young man, and even told me he hoped I would have a blessed day. I sure wish that would have come true. Glad you had him there.

BUT, you can be sure that I will NOT be back to your store.

Best pizza in Okeechobee I think. Always friendly and made exactly as Ordered . That's rare in this town.

When you order online and the delivery drivers, don’t even get the order right when they deliver and then when you call, they put you on hold for 10 minutes and they don’t even let you know if your pizza is gonna be re-ordered or delivered to you this is horrible service. I definitely do not recommend and Crystal don’t be delivery driver anymore.

I'm not big on pizza but it's a good pizza, I really appreciated the staff and how they handled situations. I had an issue with my online order, it didn't give me the option to pay cash for a delivery. We called and they couldn't do anything about it and couldn't honer the coupon thing online, but I did it online as an in-store pick up, they forgot some toppings and I pointed it out and, they instantly gave me options to make it right. I was really happy with that. But it didn't make sense to me why they couldn't just add the topping on the same pizza and put it in half way or just give me a side of jalapeno.. it is store policy... I can't stand wasted food so I said not to worry and I didn't want to make everyone wait on me any longer so they hooked me up with a coupon. Witch was really cool. But I really liked the way the manager handled the situation and the cashier. Calm, cool and collected! Great job!

2 topping medium pizza, pepperoni extra cheese thin crust. Charged 18.00 ordered in store and carry out. Crazy price considering the prices they give on adds is 7.99 for a medium 1 topping

Tried to order delivery an hour before close. App said they're having issues and to call the store. Store said it's closing early, didn't give a reason.

Hanging up on any customer should not be happening!! I Call to find out why I haven't received my food in an 1.5 hour later.. BEFORE I POST THE REST OF MY REVIEW maybe Domino's should respond to this post!!

Bad experience last night! Order buffalo chicken sandwich with no onions, but all it had was lots of onions. Also the new your style cheese steak pizza was burnt. I called and was told that I should have called the 800 number the night of the order. Didn't offer to remake our orders anything. I have never been treated like that at this domino's ever!!

Pizza burnt with hard crust, black pepperoni and a cut so bad the slice tears apart at the crust. Speaking of the crust, the crust was UNSEASONED after I made sure I selected seasoned. Threw it out and ordered pizza hut instead.
Little ceasers is better at this point.

The delivery lady was nice though.

I have a hard time finding a good pizza. I finally found it. Domino's pizza is amazing. The flavor is delicious. The employees were really great, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely refer them.
