Hanging up on any customer should not be happening!! I Call to find out why I haven't received my food in an 1.5 hour later.. BEFORE I POST THE REST OF MY REVIEW maybe Domino's should respond to this post!!
Bad experience last night! Order buffalo chicken sandwich with no onions, but all it had was lots of onions. Also the new your style cheese steak pizza was burnt. I called and was told that I should have called the 800 number the night of the order. Didn't offer to remake our orders anything. I have never been treated like that at this domino's ever!!

Pizza burnt with hard crust, black pepperoni and a cut so bad the slice tears apart at the crust. Speaking of the crust, the crust was UNSEASONED after I made sure I selected seasoned. Threw it out and ordered pizza hut instead.
Little ceasers is better at this point.
The delivery lady was nice though.

I have a hard time finding a good pizza. I finally found it. Domino's pizza is amazing. The flavor is delicious. The employees were really great, they went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I will definitely refer them.

The only reason why I order dominos is because of the garlic parm flavored crust. I made sure when I ordered the pizza online that it said garlic flavored. I picked up my order just to get home and find out that my crust is plain. This isn’t the first time this has happened. What’s the point of ordering in advance if yall cant get the order right. I’m extremely disappointed.
