I ordered a Pizza online at 7 o clock an hour later and nothing. I can't understand why they do not prioritize online orders even more so being pre paid. I understand it's quite busy sometimes but I ordered one single medium pizza. I shouldn't have to wait an hour for it. The whole reason for online ordering is so your order is processed faster. Not too productive when your not prioritizing adequately.

Ordered delivery and they are usually always fast.I have a mushroom allergy and they always take care of me. Pizza is always hot and fresh and made to my specification. Tater tots are yummy!

Ordered 3 pizza's at 4:00 to be delivered by 5:30. I asked that they not be made till time to be delivered. The girl told me no problem, so I watched the tracker and they made them as soon as we hung up. I called them and told them to cancel if they were going to sit for 1 1/2 hrs. They gave me the money back for the pizza's but not the delivery cost because I paid online and said it wasn't showing up.

This Domino's SUCKS! My girlfriend tried to send me a pizza for my birthday and the idiot driver couldn't find the address! Pizza Hut and Joey's never has a problem! I don't think the driver even attempted to deliver it and lied. Domino's refused to give her a refund and she had to order another pizza from Papa John's and it came with no issues. I have contacted corporate Domino's and they stated they are investigating the issue and I'm not the first person to raise this issue recently. Don't waste your time with Domino's, they Suck!

Well, decided to give domino's another shot. Hadn't had it in a few years and dang. My pizza was dry, and cold. The guy delivering it even knew it, because he looked at me like, "oh well, here you go."Nobody cares about customer service in this day and age. It's a shame. The thing is, I ordered the same thing from pizza hut, they're a it more pricey, but the pizza was warm, crispy, and savoring. So, where's the disconnect

They are ALWAYS hot & cooked done just how we like it, and delivered very quickly. The one we got tonight, The Lg.
