Ordered a regular size sub looked like a mini that they didn’t even cut it in half. I also wanted veggies and didn’t get any on my sub. Customer service and energy within the staff was horrible. Won’t be coming back.

Can't really rate you fairly if you ran out of bread on a Monday afternoon. How does this happen during a lunch rush? Is your GM trying to cut back on waste so their bonus money isn't affected? Was there a late truck? I can't rate you guys fairly if you have no bread during lunch at the beginning of the week.
Edit: Tried them today again and just as I remember Jersey Mikes. Delivers in quality and quantity too! I am satisfied!

I had not been to this location in years due to a bad experience and decided to try it again. For the price we're paying, there isn't very much meat. The sandwiches were great though. The lady checking out just stood there and didn't say anything. I didn't feel welcome. The whole vibe there was just off, it's not like it used to be years ago when I felt welcome and was greeted. I don't think they should be asking, "do you know what you want?". ?

We got Jersey mikes yesterday and the portobello cheese steak was amazing
Good subs but for Christ sakes why have the mobile out when this store isn’t accepting online orders? It’s been 4 days in a row I’ve been trying to order and it’s still not working.
