I received excellent service at the drive thru from Tanya today! They were out of the fries, but I forgot how great the coleslaw she recommended was until I got home and I really feel like I got my money's worth and ate a little healthier than I otherwise would have. 5 stars because she made an unhappy customer very happy by taking the time to make sure my meal was the best it could be. Thank you so much!

Didn't get a greeting or even a face turned our way when we walked in. I guess they just assumed we'd go straight to the order screen. Wanted to ask a question but no one was available. Food was a bit dry (not that juicy bite that you get with fresh original recipe), place was pretty clean but sterile. Sometimes just a "hello" changes the entire visit. Something the staff may consider in the future, even if they are encouraging people to use the order screens.

I ordered the new chicken wraps, they look amazing on the picture. What I got was a disgusting disaster. It was a tender thrown on a tortilla with what looked liked a squirt of ketchup. I haven't tried kfc in 15 years and by God I'm disappointed. How can large good chains get away with obvious fraud and false advertising.
Great food when u finally get it! Long waiting for food if u go in side longer wait for food if they take time to order. Disrespectful! I will be eating Popeyes now on and I love KFC pot pie and mashed potatoes gravy. But bad business is bad

Always super busy. Not enough trained employees. Sometimes dining room is closed & only drive thru is open. We've tried twice. & dining room closed once & line backed up inside too long 2nd time. So never ate there.
