Multiple times, I had an up charge for frappes and was told the machine was being cleaned, so I ended up getting water instead. I was told that they couldn't give me a refund for the up charge, I was told I could come in the next day to get the frappes.

Y’all are on some crazy pills if you think I’m about to pay for one sandwich what y’all pay one of your workers an hour.
I left after looking at the menu outside. 10.49 for some chicken nuggets? Over 12$ for a double cheese burger and some fries? This country has got some serious analytical stuff to work through.
