Boy, for $15/hr customer service sure sucked. Food is not that great either being soggy and Cold, it's not labeled so it's a mystery to open items at home, used to go to Taco "hell" cuz it was cheap (10$ fed 4 pp) now $27.00 3 pp.

A waste of money! I got the new Catalina chicken bowl, it had like 3 pieces of chicken, I’m talking 3 little pieces and a ton of lettuce and sour cream!!! It was $9.95, what a waste of money!!! Don’t buy it, they show the bowl nice and full in the ad but they give you very very little protein. What a bait and switch! This location is out of touch with its customers expectations!!! Don’t go to this location, there are too many other places to eat in Okeechobee!!! Stay away

Joshua Baldwin needs to be fired. This young man is very crass and remiss. No need to complain to the district manager about Joshua's behavior, he doesn't respond to complaints about the unprofessional employees.

I was served stale, wilted food. I complained about the food to Joshua Baldwin and he didn't care to replace my order. I filed a complaint to corporate office about Joshua Baldwin's nasty attitude and the cold food. I haven't gotten a response since January 28, 2024. I will continue to file complaints until I get my original order replaced for free.

Joshua Baldwin needs to be fired immediately! This guy is very unprofessional, unfriendly and abrasive with the customers! I was served very cold, old food that wasn't edible, and he wouldn't replace or remake my food! I will never stop foot in another Taco Bell again because of Joshua Baldwin!

I just got a taco box that I paid over 25 bucks for, and they literally just put beef and lettuce in the taco. There is almost no cheese. This is the third time it has happened. They screw you if you're at the drive thru, make sure you check your order, open everything up before you leave. Because they won't answer the phone.
