Stopped to get some food and a drink to help me stay awake on my drive home late at night. I saw that the Wendy's was still open, to my surprise, but glad that it was. Not only was Heather and her staff super kind and engaging, but they made fresh batches and made sure my pick-me-up would do that and more! Didn't expect to have a smile on my face all the way home! Thank you all so much for your kindness and flexibility!
The options for counter or kiosk order suit most preferences, and the display shows where everyone is in the queue. Staff are pleasant and competent, and the food service is prompt and correct. This rest area's food court has an inviting atmosphere and handles large crowds easily.I love to stop at this rest area for a Baconator at Wendy's because I know it will be a nice break before I get back on the turnpike, and a Baconator will keep me energized for about five more...
Really leaving this review for your associate, Michael. I was in line waiting to place my order and all I could hear was the courtesy and respect with which he greeted every single customer. Including myself. I know fast food is quite literally a quick interaction - often difficult to engage a customer in such short time. The ability to do so is an asset.
