The options for counter or kiosk order suit most preferences, and the display shows where everyone is in the queue. Staff are pleasant and competent, and the food service is prompt and correct. Really leaving this review for your associate, Michael. I was in line waiting to place my order and all I could hear was the courtesy and respect with which he greeted every single customer. Including myself. I know fast food is quite literally a quick interaction - often difficult to engage a customer in such short time. The ability to do so is an asset.
French toast sticks were mediocre. The honey butter, chicken biscuit had almost no honey butter on it. The cashier said she could not give me extra honey butter. fortunately there was a manager there. I explained to him my plight of the lack of Honey butter on my chicken biscuit. he went out of his way to find me the honey butter. He even had to go find a little container probably took him five minutes, but he made it his mission to do that for me. It was much appreciated and...
