Arrived and seated right away. We ordered drinks and reviewed the menu. Service was great. Ordered cup soup to start. Then ordered burgers off the "3 for" menu. Overall food was tasty and fries were hot and tasted good. Overall a good experience ?

Oops, I phone ordered my dinner from the wrong Chilis on Hillsborough Ave. When I got here, an attendant immediately came out to service me. Within seconds she realized that I might have placed my order at the wrong Chilis location. "No problem. What did you order and I'll get it prepared for you right away," she said. Although I was embarrassed, her response comforted me. I was flustered and forgot to reorder my drink so she just comped it and soon I was back on the road home. Food and free drink in tow. Excellent experience here. Btw, the smokehouse combo was sooooo good. And yes, I called the original Chilis and canceled my order once I realized it was the wrong one.Wheelchair accessibility: The doorways and aisles are wide enough for wheelchairs.
