Oops, I phone ordered my dinner from the wrong Chilis on Hillsborough Ave. When I got here, an attendant immediately came out to service me. Within seconds she realized that I might have placed my order at the wrong Chilis location. "No problem. What did you order and I'll get it prepared for you right away," she said. Although I was embarrassed, her response comforted me. I was flustered and forgot to reorder my drink so she just comped it and soon I was back on the road home....read full review
We were a group of 6 senior ladies and we received excellent service from Rebecca. She was very helpful in selecting our orders and was very friendly and polite. We all were very satisfied with our meals and will definitely request Rebecca again for our next visit.
