Longtime Chili's guest that won't be back. $15 to $17 for a hamburger and french fries? The atmosphere was nonexistent given that the every seat at the bar was empty on a Friday night, which will happen when drinks are $8 and $9 each. $80 plus tip for 2 hamburgers, an appetizer and one drink each is not competitive, even with the inflation.
Service was not good. The server kept hitting on one table at a time and then run to the kitchen. We had to ask for refills twice. When we had problems with that table computer, his response was to ask us why it didn't work. How would I know? I suggest you guys add a call a server button on that gizmo.
We haven’t been to Chili’s in quite a while, but decided to stop in. It wasn’t extremely busy but the hostess said they just sat a party of 10 and didn’t want to overwhelm the kitchen and asked if we would mind waiting about 15 minutes. We decided to wait and it wasn’t five minutes before someone came over to seat us. We were greeted right away by our server, Noah, who was awesome!
