Dunkin Donuts, please teach your staff what "toasted" means. when someone orders a toasted bagel with cream cheese, we expect it to be toasted, not just sliced open and cold with cream cheese on it.
I ordered a cheese sandwich at the drive-thru. When we received it I couldn't believe that they would serve this sandwich to a customer. It was cold, The one slice cheese wasn't melted. I went inside to show the workers and ask for a refund. They said that they would make me another one but that they weren't allowed to give refunds. I asked to speak to a manager.
