“This little hole in the wall was a pleasant surprise. I happened to pass by during lunch and decided to give it a try. I just had a bowl of Chicken Soup with rice, but it was very good. My waitress checked on me multiple times and was very pleasant. I really wasn't expecting much, but I'm glad I stopped in. If I'm in the area, I will definitely return.“

“By the time I got there, they had nothing 11:30pm... I guess they had a long day that day. I bought some quipes and 1 of them tasted bad and even got my wife badly stomack sock that night. I ordered a rib soup because I've been sick and it was honestly one of the best soups I've ever had. Definitely the best soup from a restaurant and I am not a soup person. I lso ordered mangu con 4 golpes because I can't see it on a menu and not order it. When I say this is the creaminess mangu I've ever had I'm not even joking. Apologies to every dominican family member that's ever cooked for me and to myself. I have never had mangu this creamy. The onions were onioning. Even the salami and salchichon were good no gross hard bits or weird after taste. I got my husband the chicken milanesa with moros. He hates chicken but it was milanesa so I thought I'd give it a try. This man ate the whole thing. I am so impressed and so glad I found it. I just wish I had found it sooner. I can't speak to the actual service or atmosphere since we haven't bene there yet but I can't wait to go now. I will say I ordered it delivered to Aventura and when I got it everything was still warm fresh and delicious.“

Rice, beans and chicken were on point, so I’ll give them a thrift chance in case they were just having an off day. Will return.“

“I went here recently and now it’s my new Dominican spot to eat. The service was good and the food came out fast,hot and fresh. I came with my picky little brother who ate his whole meal (Mangu con los tres golpe and a side of savory shrimp). I ordered myself fried plantains with fried fish and also a mangu con los tres golpe. It was so good and the seasoning was perfect. The food wasn’t greasy. The portions were very generous which a lot of places have that problem ,but this restaurant doesn’t. I definitely recommend this place for breakfast,lunch,and even dinner:)

“I randomly drove by and decided to stop here. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and treated well. My Spanish is less than perfect but they made an effort, and gave great service. I was surprised with a sampler before my full meal came out, and I enjoyed as much as I could handle. Great place, great people, great food.“

The garlic shrimp Mofongo said $20 on the menu but I was charged $22. If you’re going to increase your rates, you need to at least put it on the menu so the buyer does not feel robbed.“

“A Goddess (her name is Mitsy) served me tonight. And let me tell you, BEST SERVICE EVER I’ve received on South Beach. She recommended the beef empanadas and mahi tacos. Omg! To die for. The food was so delicious and orgasmic. And drinks? She served me a Vodka tonic (not watered down, not too much ice, it was just right) and so affordable, too. What an amazing time I had here just after midnight on a Sunday evening (technically Monday morning). I highly recommend 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way.“

“If you are Latin or Dominican like me, and you want to remember a little piece of your land, I recommend this food truck, starting with the Yuca Empanada and ending with the real Dominican Chimi, it seems that the meat comes directly and live from there. The atmosphere is great, they play music from there and they serve you with the same smile and joy that a truly good Dominican represents. 10/10 I will definitely return!“
