Make sure you check your order. They rush you through and miss food items. If you dont check it in the crowded line while being pushed forward by the employees you'll have to come back to the store. Really doesn't work out good when you live nowhere near the store and already on the highway.

We visited this CFA with 6 college-age guys. We had to park at the Walmart and walk across because the parking lot was full. The drive-through lanes were wrapped around the building. The workers inside were all friendly and worked quickly. There wasn't any sense of stress or hurry, though there were many customers to serve. We got our drinks and food quickly. One of the workers came through the dining room to check up on the customers. They were working to keep the dining room clean and orderly. Overall, it was a great experience. The quantity of people made no difference to the quality of service.

Not the cleanest location. The indoor dining area and kitchen area is visibly dirty/ need surfaces wipe down and floor cleaning. Also, the counter/kitchen ignored customer waiting to ask for condiments- walked past without acknowledging. Usually Chixkfila is better than this.
