I came in today having a horrible day the employee Chloe made my day and gave me a free cookie her warm personality and empathy went a long way and made me feel 10x better thanks again!
Overall great service but they really need to do something about the parking lot the liability is on Chick-fil-A the way they have it set up on the small Corner that's facing the road they have one lane going into the drive-thru and the other lane goes around so that there's a passage not blocked while the drive-thru is there the problem is the idiots in the Drive-Thru sometimes think people are trying to cut them off when they're only trying to go around them and wind up blocking it or going out to prevent cars from going through therefore blocking the right of way causing traffic for cars that are not going through the drive-thru for no apparent reason if they're going to do this as in Sanford they should have it set up with the proper cones or barriers from the moment they turn into that two lane that Forks into the drive-thru pickup and outside the property

Writing this as I’m sitting in a parking spot waiting 30 minutes for a drive thru order. They ran out of hash browns and eggs… fine, no biggie. But there was such a lack of communication. One second they could substitute for fries the next second I couldn’t. It was all around such a frustrating experience with no offer for recovery. It felt like chaos. Worst CFA experience I’ve ever had.

For a restaurant that really was not busy for a Wednesday. The wait for just one meal was 15 minutes. To sit in was no line at the register and the drive thru had no line therefore the wait time for just one meal I thought should be been less
This is the first time I received bad customer service from a Chick Fil A. I hold them to a higher standard, my mistake.

This location does not support our veterans, was very disappointed to find out that my local chick til a has no respect for the ones who have laid down there lives for our country.

A little disappointed to say the least. I was there last night to order 2 milkshakes and a peppermint mocha iced coffee. Upon taking my coffee out of the cup holders they give you I discovered a long hair inside my coffee. It was so long it was coming out the cup. I decided to walk back in and let them know so I can get a new one. Upon walking in there was another gentleman complaining to Tori (manager im assuming) that his salad is rotten. She took his salad and asked the gentleman in the back to remake it. Then she looks at me and says can I help you and I showed her the long hair inside my coffee , she (Tori) takes it from my hand and says I’ll get you another one. In that moment a young man was walking by her and says can you make an iced coffee, the young man laughs and says umm I don’t know how to but sure. Couple minutes go by and this gentleman brings out the coffee . Looks nothing like the first one I ordered , it was literally almost black coffee. I ask him is that the peppermint mocha coffee . He says umm yes , I said that looks nothing like what I ordered. The manager standing there says nothing so I then proceed to ask for a refund. She didn’t even try to correct the issue again for a second time just told me to enter my card for a refund. Very poor customer service this night. Never again!

I went to Saxon address and OMG that is the worst parking lot. Getting in and out between 12-1pm are a mess. That being said the employees work fast! Weather through drive thru or going in they take care of you so fast. The food is hot too. I love the chicken tenders, lemonade, and Mac. So good!!!

Not for nothing I always have a good time coming to Chick-fil-A with my daughters. They always get the same thing and definitely love the Polynesian sauce. The service there is always very uplifting and cheerful. Their atmosphere is always very nice. The food is always high and fresh, which I appreciate . They definitely see me coming every month lol. And their hospitality is very appreciated.
