We have been loyal customers of this Longhorn in Orange City, FL. This evening we had the pleasure of having an excellent waitress Theresa R. She was very friendly and very attentive. She made our dining experience enjoyable and of course the food was excellent as well. Chris is also one of the best waiters along with Theresa. thank you both.
I had a wonderful experience! Chaz, the manager, was very welcoming, professional, and attentive, and Donna provided excellent service with a friendly attitude. They both made us feel welcome and made our visit extra special. It’s always nice to receive such great customer service from people who truly care about their guests. The meal was excellent; however, I would suggest serving for sweet potato, the sugar and cinnamon on the side, as the portion provided was excessive. While the service was welcoming, the decor appears somewhat dated. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.
