“Joining wait list online was fine and convenient. However, when texted to come in because it table was ready, we still had to wait 10 mins. Hostess was friendly. Our server Marissa was great, but we did have to wait a long time to get our main entrees. We did appreciate the extra bread. Our ribs were kind of dry, but it wasn't horrible, but we definitely needed more sauce (we did ask for some). It wasn't super busy, because it wasn't the weekend, so we didn't understand why we had to wait a long time for our food. It could have been delays in the kitchen, but I always give the benefit of the doubt for some places. Bread & butter is always amazing.Parking: Be aware that on the weekend, it does get very crowded and you may have to use the bank parking lot next door.Kid-friendliness: Yes it is and they have kid menus.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get through the restaurant but it's close in some areas.“
“Kerrigan was our fantastic waitress. She was more than happy to make this a memorable evening for my husband and me. Other friendly staff members Heather, Mason, and Shana gave us good serve when they brought us our food. Even the manager Liam stop by our table to make sure everything was going well. The steak was delicious and serve was extraordinary!“
“Met an old friend for lunch.I had the crab cake appetizer and a bowl of gumbo.Everything was very good except the Gumbo was way too hot for me. I eat and enjoy spicy food but I just could not handle as much heat as the Gumbo.Just a personal preference. It was prepared very well. Just spicier than my palate could handle.Crabcake was amazing and my husband's Grouper sandwich was excellent.“
“Service was exelent, aymosphere great but when the lunch arrived the burger was cold. Restaurant was not bussy but the server barely come to our table. We wait long for the food amd still it was cold. Longhorn Steakhouse still my favorite place to go! Thank you“
“Very nice place. The building is over 100 years old and has a nice old world charm. The food was very good. They are known for their steaks and have some specials usually posted on the board. The ribeye was really good with the coffee crust. The glazed salmon was also very good. The fried mushrooms appetizer was excellent.The shrimp scampi fettuccine has very nice garlic butter wine sauce. Service was quick and our waiter was very attentive.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible ramp is to the side of the main entrance for dine in and outdoor eating area is parking level.“
“Just wanted to give recognition to Sebastian (to-go) for his performance when picking up my dinner tonight. Starting with an update that they were waiting on fresh bread and our food will be out soon, to leaving our parking spot to a phone call from TR stating that he mistakenly left out my side salad when packing it. He apologized numerous times (even though it was not an issue for us since we were just exiting the parking lot).. So yes, thank you for noticing, I would have been upset if I drove home (living downtown Orlando, so kinda a drive) and realized my salad was missing. I sincerely appreciated him realizing it was missing, calling us as soon as he noticed, taking accountability for it being missing, apologizing, and being quick when bringing it out. We come to this TR a lot so noticing his proactiveness and his positive vibes, great demeanor, and work ethic really stuck out to my girlfriend and i. Thank you Sebastian!“
