Giving this chili’s a bad review do to finding hair in my food, then went back to get my refund and talked with the manager that stated his name was John, when talking with John about the situation it seemed like he was thinking I was making it up and stated he could only give the money back for the item that had the hair and kept me waiting while he was running around trying to figure out the price of the item, while I was waiting I had two other people asked if I had been helped and to the right of me the was a long hair employee that was standing next to the table steady brushing there hair and walked right by me and went back to work in the kitchen. This place will really waste your time, shout out to JOHN for how he keeps that place going, SOME ONE GET THAT MAN SOME HELP !!!

Placed a Togo order at 12, got confirmation it would be ready at 12:17-12:22 and was just handed my food at 12:57. Missed my lunch at work. Given a $5 giftcard for the “wait.” Staff was kind and attentive while I stood in the lobby for 40 minutes waiting on 2 burgers. Probably will not be back, for sure won’t be back for an online Togo order.

Our waiter, Tom, was excellent. Friendly, and on the spot. The food was cooked as requested and delicious, and we were glad we got there early because it was packed !
My grandson took me to eat here today and it was excellent. Fast service with great food. I would highly recommend the 3 trio plate, the egg rolls especially were awesome, my favorite now👌 with mini burgers that very very juicy, soft buns and the cheese sticks.This came with 3 sauces, very delicious 😋

6 0z sirloin was chewy. Tasted like bloated cow meat put together by meat glue... -5 The Alfredo penne with shrimp was good according to my granddaughter gave it a 6 out of 10. Waitress was tentative and pleasant.
