Good night, Im not the type of person that likes to leave bad reviews but this is the second time that I order my favorite plate from chilis (that it’s my favorite restaurant by the way) and I received this burger totally burned, it’s so disappointed that I spent my money waiting for good food and I just got this! And it’s from this place specifically, I recommend coach the employees to do better because this is unacceptable, 2 times already from the same place! Bad bad bad! Sorry guys need to do better.

Went there on Sunday for my girlfriend's birthday with eight other people try to sit together and they said that was not possible when there was about 20 open tables so they set us down in a four top the other part of our party was in a four top and the other part of our party was in a two top at different parts of the restaurant I'm a chef for over 20 years it was totally ridiculous it says you can join a waitlist online but if people show up in person with a party of 10 or more that should be priority

Just ordered delivery and was shocked to find three end pieces of three different pieces of chicken. I paid 20.00 for someone's remnants? Shame on you at this location for pawning that off on the to go orders that have zero recourse for this unacceptable behavior.

I went in tonight for two burgers for pick up. One of the burgers was so disgusting it looked like it was just slapped together. The cheese half a slice hanging off the burger, the salad part lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles. It’s old not fresh wilted lettuce just gross. The French fries were all cold. I’m close to chilis so it’s not the distance. The burger was not even on the bun.

Was informed that they will no longer cook your hamburger at any temperature other then well done. The burgers were one of the better items on their menu and now I will have to go elsewhere when looking for a hamburger due to this new rule. I received my hamburger overdone and dry.

I used to LOVE Chili's! I haven't been in awhile and I am so disappointed! The salsa was not the same, it wasn't even good any more. I couldn't eat it. The Cajun pasta was over cooked and bland. I don't think it was ever like that before. I don't think I will be going back and unfortunately, my last visit was impressionable in a negative way.

It's a hit or miss. DEFFINETLY don't go on Mondays, they run out of most stuff during thr weekend and don't get deliveries till Monday night. So far seated at the bar has given us wonderful service. Always have a filled drink and everything we ask for is there in no time! (like to go containers or more napkins ect.)
Been reading of chili's business success story so thought I'd check them out. Mistake. Order the much touted 3fer something chose my hot chicken fingers sw egg rolls and slider burgers. Worst was the burgers, cold dry and without the ranch dressing several asked if ok, egg rolls very bland and too hot to eat as was the chick fingers which were way too spicy. The entire menu which I understand was trimmed down to become more profitable was almost all chicken or veg. Ribs and steaks offered but this really isn't a steakhouse is it. Definitely will not be going back to ANY chili's. Yechh

They let the pick up spaces shine their headlights at diners. Do not care if it bothers anyone. Three tables complained but the only person that cared was the busboy. $122.00 for average food and headlights. Never again. Semper Fi!

Worst service I've had anywhere an the waitress didn't give me all my change. My bill was $36.06 gave her $100 she brought me $63 back . That 94 cent is why the tip was $3 . Not to mention it took 40 minutes to get our food. You just don't take a customers money like that an think it's OK. We will not be eating here anymore ! I usually tip 20% but the service was awful an one waitress was extremely loud but her friends were served promptly. After ordering 10 minutes after us. This place gives Chili's a bad name.
