Experience was horrible, customer service was rushed and everyone looked lost as if none of them knew what was going on. i had an online order and two people at the window asked what was my order. one lady informed me that they were out of the halloween munchkins and i told them that's fine to just fill them in with whatever else munchkins i had order already. i receive the bag didn't check till i got home. i was missing 5 munchkins when i ordered and payed for 10 . and they tasted old and were all deformed. unpleasant visit over at the dunkin in orange city florida.

Not sure if they changed something but everytime you get tea its a strong bitter chemical taste. Doesn't taste like tea at all.

Aaliyah is the best. We meet her from coming in every morning. She is so sweet to my granddaughter. She makes sure to speak to her. To a 4 year old that makes a huge impression

This was the first time I had been in here since the remodel. It is really nice, cozy. The decor is really cool. Not a fan of the kiosks, no personal service, I was the only person in the store and they still had me use the kiosk.

So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts around 7 PM, and this guy named Jeremiah decides he’s gonna have an attitude. I pull up to the speaker and he hits me with this rude, “What can I get you?” in that tone. I tell him, “I got a mobile order,” and without even acknowledging me properly, he just yells, “Pull up!”
I get to the window, he swings it open, gives me this dirty look, shoves my drink in my hand, and says absolutely nothing. I still say “thank you” because I’m not rude—he ignores me, slams the window shut, and walks away. Then, as if he knew exactly what he did, he comes back and just looks out the window. No apology, no nothing. Unbelievable.
