The only tea I drink is there cool mint best peppermint tea one of the best I ever had. It's so good. I usually buy it by the box.

I walked in at 8:15 pm and noticed they where precessing the store the chairs were on the table I asked if they were closing and a cashier Julian , said it depends on how big the tip is , seriously???? the store hours say 10pm... I then asked him if this was exceptable customer service and had showed no respect for me and my spouse , I then proceeded to ask him what if I was a secret shopper or the franchise owner then it set in he may have made a mistake in his approach. I'd love someone from corporate to reach out to me . Chef Glen Morales I'm on LinkedIn, and yes 25 years with chef Ramsey, I have developed many training programs and believe you seriously need an overhaul on your staffing.

My only complaint is that if I want to buy a medium drink why is it no longer filled up to the tip like it used to. Sometimes it is filled up and sometimes it isn’t, this is something I sure don’t appreciate.
I try to get food here at 3:30am sometimes they say card or cash only. Or system is down.Today I got told card only. Then i went to say my order and they said they aren't serving food only drinks. Ovens are down. be consistent at least with times you guys shut ur system down.

The egg sausage and cheese was undercooked and I through it away. I asked for a blueberry muffin twice and first got a blueberry donut and I took it back so I ended up with a chocolate chip muffin. The only thing worse than the food was the service. They had 4 workers there and one girl walk past me three times. The place was empty and I was the only customer except for the drive through. I will not be back. Very poor management.

Teenagers with no people skills are running the place and very rude to customers. Management does nothing and supports them completely. The food is often cold or wrong and drinks are often wrong but employees dispute this with customers. Not wasting any more money there and being treated disrespectfully. Too many other places that appreciate the business.
