So I went to Dunkin’ Donuts around 7 PM, and this guy named Jeremiah decides he’s gonna have an attitude. I pull up to the speaker and he hits me with this rude, “What can I get you?” in that tone. I tell him, “I got a mobile order,” and without even acknowledging me properly, he just yells, “Pull up!”
I get to the window, he swings it open, gives me this dirty look, shoves my drink in my hand, and says absolutely nothing. I still say “thank you” because I’m not rude—he ignores me, slams the window shut, and walks away. Then, as if he knew exactly what he did, he comes back and just looks out the window. No apology, no nothing. Unbelievable.

This store has gone downhill. Theres no consistency in making deinks. There is a certain way they are supposed to make them and they dont even follow it. Staff is rude and always seem stressed. I order a latte every time. I always have to ask them to mix everything first when thats how it should be done. It was extra creamy and all the syrup was sitting at the bottom. I asked to have it mixed hetter and they seemed upset for asking for that. Their parking lot sucks to get in and out of. The doughnuts are hit or miss. I dont care to go back. Its overpriced for a drink that doesnt even get made properly and to have to deal with rudeness on top of that.

The place gets super busy, but for a reason. The staff is friendly and my coffee always turns out tasting amazing. Even if they are busy they still manage to attend their clients with their needs. Been coming here as a reward for my son and will continue to come. Show some support and have a cup of coffee and a donut.

My sister in law stopped by this morning to bring us breakfast. What a disappointment that was. My girl even said not o come here cause they suck. Been 3 years and y’all still can’t get it right? Iced caramel coffee is literally sweet tea with cream and caramel. Toasted croissant? I would said a rock with no cream cheese. The heck is this? Would tall workers eat this crap? Why the heck hand it out? Don’t apply to work here if your going to be so mad that people come here before work. Makes no sense. If you know it gets busy and you won’t have time to Be on tik tok. Then why apply. If there there isn’t customers you have no job. Simple.

This place is decent food and drinks are usually made correct and tast good. But it usually is really busy and sometimes they have trouble keeping up with the amount of orders that come through.
Worst Dunkin’ Donut ever I’ve been to other Dunkin’ Donuts and they taste so much better than this one. This one is a waste of money They don’t put Love in their coffee like other Dunkin’ Donuts Just trash shut this one down just because it’s close doesn’t mean you have to go to it. Went to the drive thru today and there is a girl working with dyed bright red hair and black/brown. She is super rude and nasty every time I come. Please hire people that are mature enough to be in the customer service industry or put her in the kitchen because she should not be dealing with people.

whoever was working drive thru today, their attitude absolutely sucked, so rude. told me they couldn’t make a frozen coffee with lava cake syrup which i order daily and was immediately hit with a NO we can’t do that, like ok bro chill, relax it’s gonna be ok. lady at the window asked if i had even payed yet? i didn’t pay yet and i should’ve said yes, but whatever. maybe management should check on their employees and see if they are doing ok bc they seem unhinged

Recently me and my boyfriend came here around 9:40pm and I know it was late but it was the only place open in our area that was open for 24 hours and my boyfriend hadn’t ate since 12pm. We ordered in the drive thru and the girl taking our order already had an attitude in her voice before we even started ordering. We proceeded to order a lemon loaf and she huffed and puffed like it was such an inconvenience-Mind you they’re already packaged and there’s no need to do any extra work except put them in a bag-Then, we ordered a sandwich and she smacked her lips. I don’t understand where all this extra attitude was coming from, when we were being respectful and not our fault that SHE chose this job. If it’s so hard for her to simply heat up a sandwich and hand us a packed bread, then it’s definitely worth questioning her work ethic.
