Don't bother calling this location they dont care if they screwed up your order! Had a craving for KFC and ordered the chix nuggets, very over cooked! Asked for BBQ sauce! No sauce! Asked for the butter & honey for the biscuits! Nope! but biggest disappointment was that main thing I was craving was the mashed potatoes and gravy! THERE WAS NO GRAVY on the mashed potatoes! Last time we ordered the pot pies and mine had only 3 little tiny pieces of chix in it! Like the scraps u get after cutting up cooked meat!

Guy working drive thru was very kind and stated extra crispy would be a 10 minute wait and requested we park and he would bring it out. 10 min later he comes out and apologizes stated the extra crispy was never dropped but he has original that was fresh. I refused cause that’s not what I ordered and was willing to wait after he said it would be at least 18 more minutes. While waiting we watched several people tried to walk in the lobby but it was locked although it says it closes at 9pm

If there was a zero star I'd check it ! Just got a 16 piece bucket it was absolutely disgusting 🫣 Save yourself alot of money not worth it 🤮

Horrible experience. We ordered online and we went to pick it up. When we got it, we were missing a lot of what was ordered. We called asking for a refund for what we had gotten and was refused the refund. It also took me about5-6 calls until they finally answered the phone. I wouldn’t recommend coming here ever to anyone. Still waiting to get a refund on my order and honestly from the was I was treated I doubt I’ll even get my refund.

Always friendly, always fresh! Edit: The last year or so, it's been getting worse and worse. Less and less friendly, portions are super small now(half full side containers). Something happened, and it's just not reliable anymore, although that's the truth for all fast food lately.

Watch the drive thru. They're trying to be sneaky. Literally had to question the lady as she added the Go Large charge without telling me and tried tell me it's cheaper in the system to charge me 1.50 to large size it but then didn't large size any of my items.

The place is so clean and the customer service was so nice. Nice promotions, I was able to have a great lunch at a very reasonable price and the food was pretty fresh.

Last night after working super late I wanted to get something quick and hot so my Fiance ordered some KFC and 8 piece box of chicken, mash potatoes, corn , biscuits and Mac & cheese.
10 minutes later I went to pick it up. The store was clean, and the staff was friendly. I have always loved KFC and have been going to KFC for years. But whatever was going on last night wasn't it. The skin on the chicken was almost non existent and flavorless almost as of it was old and the corn was dry, and bland. Not sure if they gave us old food or what the issue was. Needless to say we have not been able to leave the restroom or stop puking. So thanks KFC ??

Best KFC i have been to. The management here know how to their job. Chickens fresh and crispy. Clean and everyone helpful! $5 for 2pc box deal for everyday and $10 for 8pc on Tuesday is the key. Highly recommended!

I love coming to this KFC because in the past they were always on top of it and the food was right. However this is the 2nd time I came here during lunch break and there is NO original recipe chicken. 20 to 30 minute wait. Who has that kind of time? Why are they not preparing it when they see it running low so this way they don't run out or there might be 5 minutes or so to wait. If this happened to me twice in a row within months apart time frame, then I have to assume this is very frequent. I can't waste my time to drive here and try to get lunch only to have to leave and find somewhere else. I don't have that kind of time on a lunch break. Please find a better way.
