La Hacienda Mexican Restaurant

There are no vegan labels in the menu, only vegetarian. Im not sure if anything is vegan as is. I had to ask for fajitas without cheese and sour cream and yet the dish still came out with a big dollop of sour cream and cheese. Even worse, there was some animal meat in my veggies.

Decent food fast service but likely will not return any time soon. We did return and enjoyed it more than the last time except the food was not hot.

My fav pins colada spot and margarita! The atmosphere is amazing ! And Oscar and Hiberto make it so much better ! So if you looking for a good , delicious piña colada and atmosphere come her don’t waste your time anywhere else !

I gave one star because I have no other option, terrible customer service, I sat for half an hour, waiting for the order to be taken. Other customers arrived and were quickly served with drinks and food instantly. I left alone with the drinks, the place was very empty with only three tables. And the first appetizer was brought wrong. Two years ago I stopped visiting for the same reason and it is incredible that they continue the same or worse. The waitresses should be more cheerful. Smile, welcome, and to the girl who had the ice fall on the floor, excellent service to the neighbors, I congratulate you.

Fantastic food. Service failed a fantastic meal, only they forgot the steak in our fajitas. It was late and they had started cleaning including the floors while we were still trying to eat. The smell of floor cleaner is not at all appetizing.
It was loader than necessary because of the cleaning and our waitress was slow and got the orders wrong, needing to have our drinks remade and ordered the wrong dish.

I live pretty much right across the street. We've been going here for probably 5-6 years now. Service is almost always amazing (there a few off nights but nothing to whine about) and the food is filling and delicious! Servers are sweet, drinks are strong - I'm a regular for a reason!
