Never do a mobile order at this location. I placed a mobile order thinking it would save time and I literally stood there for 30 minutes staring at the crew and cashier as they continue to make new orders for 30 minutes straight that came after my mobile order before they even thought about making my order. Wasted my entire lunch waiting for the food and didn't even get a chance to eat it during my lunch break. A waste of gas and time

The two young ladies working tonight around 7:30pm deserve a raise for their outstanding customer service. I apologize I couldn’t catch their names but one had black hair the other blonde hair. Absolutely exceeded expectations and they went above a beyond for me and my family. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Moe’s exceeded my expectations! The moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive. My order was prepared perfectly fresh ingredients, great flavor, and served hot. The restaurant was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

This was my first time here and I loved it! The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. A team member named Layla took her time and patiently explained the whole process to me. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I’ve never been to a Moe’s and happen to stumble upon this one when I was in the area. One of the young lady Layla was so sweet and helpful in what options I can have. I had a veggie bowl being vegetarian and their chips and queso is amazing! Their salsa bar had many good options too

It's eight o'clock and all of the meat is removed from the hot bar, all of the sauces are removed from the cold bar, and all of the chairs are on top of the tables. Why would everything close at 8 o'clock When the store closes at 9?

Me personally I love the atmosphere. staff is friendly. In the food is Grief and the Manager D. Is funny and always makes sure that we’re taken care of !

Love their bowls. The meats are always cooked to perfection and still moist. As this is a chain, I'm sure everything is precooked and comes to the store frozen but I'm also fully aware how easily such foods can get dried out therefore kudos. The cilantro lime rice is perfectly balanced. The amounts of each thing in the bowl makes it so nothing overpowers the rest.

On this occasion we ordered through DoorDash and I'm not sure I'll do that again. Any sauce that was requested to be on the side along with the salsa for the chips did not arrive. I also ordered a crunch taco which was a mushy fall apart mess. The taco which was wrapped in foil was also ice cold like it had been in a fridge and one of the nastiest things (in my opinion) is cold ground beef.

I stopped by Moe’s during the early hours this week and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The Male employee working during early hours during the week was rude. I understand people have bad days but that’s not the customers problem. I spent $30 to get food slammed in the bowl and bag and be rushed while Ordering, which made the visit uncomfortable. I will not return to this location.

The food was fresh for the most part. The chips tasted stale though. Our server was smiling and had fast service, but the cashier acted like we were an inconvenience for showing up. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Maybe she was having a really bad day…

Overall, the only thing that sets them apart from competitors like Chipotle is the free chips with your meal and unlimited salsa. Prices are similar and quality of food is the same or slightly above at Chipotle. So if stale chips and free salsa are your thing, go to this Moes.

Wow, outstanding service I go to Moe’s here in Orange city at least 5 to 6 times a month they have this new general manager Dee working here now and he is amazing above and beyond I would give him 100 stars if I could they sure need Him at all the restaurants he goes above and beyond amazing. I will be back here more. Never had this greatest service before here at Moe’s
