I frequent the Orange City, FL location at least twice a month. The restaurant is very clean and employees are well trained and friendly. I gave the food a 5 star only because my past experience with Moes would always warrant a 5 and I don’t want this restaurant to have a bad review. For some reason Moes Corporate decided to alter the flavor of the white meat chicken. The seasoning is overwhelming. Too much pepper, garlic, can’t be sure what else is in it but it’s horrible. I won’t be going back to Moes until they stop using this awful seasoning. Years ago they discontinued white meat chicken and I didn’t go back until a friend told me they had brought it back. Goodbye again Moes.

We love eating here however I observed something that was very concerning to me. As I enjoyed lunch…I observed an employee eating food behind the food line wearing the gloves she uses to make customers food. It certainly changed my view of the restaurant….employees should eat where no one in the restaurant can see. Hoping management will address this, there is no way store policy allows for this. Yuck!!!

Didn't have steak available. The adobo chicken was fatty. Food was greasy. The burrito wasn't rolled well and came undone in the bag, leaking over the chips. Service wasn't great, staff was a little rude.

Why is it that everytime I eat here, or eat the Homewrecker, I get horrible gas? I mean I'll be farting my brains out the whole day till the morning. What the hell are you putting in the food. I Love the food, but I keep getting gas everytime I go here. And they can be a little stingy when it comes to putting chicken on the homewrecker. Why do they give you sooo little? And the girls, all the girls have attitudes, and the customer service is not not good, ys know you can be a little friendlier!

This place sucks! Used to be a fan of Moe's, but they've gone down hill over the years! Was charged $10 for a cheese quesadilla, paid the bill, walked out, then walked back in after realizing this was highway robbery, told the lady at the counter and the manager I wanted to return my untouched quesadilla and receive a refund since I changed my mind, they refused to give me a refund, got frustrated, left the food on the counter and walked out, wished I would of given it to the homeless guy sitting outside.

I used to get good portions at this restaurant. Now they are serving very small portions and I need to ask for more. It becomes annoying, particularly when hungry. Please, go back to serving decent portions and avoid creating unnecessary headaches.

I usually do not like to leave reviews. I came in everything was really clean looking, fresh and well stocked the guy who helped me was very friendly. I think he said his name was shane He was very polite as well as all the staff and very hard workers 10/10 will Moe's again.

In the area getting some car service when I noticed there was a Moe’s across the street. We walked the short distance and ordered our food. There was plenty of seating, the restaurant was clean and presentable and the service was great. We ordered our food and it was done quickly and tasted fresh and delicious. Overall I was surprised the reviews were so low and I’m glad we took the chance. If in the area give it a shot the food and service was worth it.
