We went on Monday around 830pm. Food was ok. Not warm enough . Chips were old and stale. Everything did not taste fresh . Not appetizing at all. The place can use more tidying up. Tables and benches were not wiped good . Service was ok. Price is $$. .

We have been consumers of this restaurant for almost every other sunday for the past 5 yrs. All the employees are excellent, helpful and attentive. We love moes. But today the person who served me the Birria meat. served without measuring properly and served half of the portion in which i asked if she could fix the amount and in addition we asked for extra meat of chicken. The cashier spoke to me not knowing that i asked for extra meat. She spoke about the scoops in which i now but not knowing that my server didn't measure properly. They should assess the situation before trying to have the reason and embarrass me in front of other customers Even thou she was improper i apologized for questioning the portion but we paid for 2 bowls w tax $32.00 and was not worth the food we paid. Plus 2 brown hairs in my food.This happened for the first time in years but still, this store has an prideful mouth runner employee with an attitude that needs to improve, grow up and learn to be politeI have more information uppon this matter. We love moes we will be back but if that employee needs to be better trained and hopefully corporate will take action on this kind of reviews to prevent having employees entitled of this conduct.

This place has gone down the drain. Ordered a chicken bowl came out to 13 bucks. Barely any meat, it looks like 2 table spoons of chicken and hard rice and beans. Waste of money. Seems like they are trying to rip off customers with protions. Unacceptable.

Food is always great at moes, but lately (after the remodel) the employees have been entitled, unwelcoming, and don’t seem to be happy to work there. I went in with my husband and didn’t even get the slightest eye contact. When we went to the counter for our order and nothing was said, literally just staring. I ordered my bowl and was told there will be a wait but wasn’t told how long. Stephanie came out and advised it would be just a minute or so. The only enthusiastic thing that was spoken by the first person (blond girl) was when she prompted us to answer the tip question on the screen. one particular person that is always pleasant, always has a smile on her face and always has a can do attitude. Her name is Stephanie. In a workplace full of coal minded people, Stephanie is most definitely the Diamond. Thank you for your great service!

Although Moe's food is PHENOMENAL ... the pricing is outrageous. A prime example is the extra cost for Queso. The cost for this seemingly "rare delicacy" (lol...its simply a cheese sauce) is EXTRA!!! The cost is approximately $1.50 for this stuff on your meal or nearly $3.00 if you ask for it on the side. I ordered ONE BOWL yesterday, with extra meat (chicken and steak) and Queso on the side for a GRAND TOTAL of $29.00!!!! are you freakin' kidding me. ? "Welcome to Moe's Rip-Off Southwest Grill!!!! ?

We would have been better off going to taco bell. The taco meat was absolutely disgusting. We spent $70 on dinner for my family of 4 and we spent the rest of the night feeling like we were going to puke.I will never go back.

Dirty tables, 5 employees with 2 on there phones. Was served stale chips. Very stingy with meat. Got maybe 12 small pieces of chicken in a large burrito. Never got the welcome to moes when we entered. Just not good. Wouldn't come back to this location.

Disappointed in this location. It seems the new crew does not care for quality or service. I ordered a $30 dollar order online and all the items were wrong. Also the front smelled like they used a dirty mop, which smelled extremely bad. Gotta do better!
