I have been coming here for years with my friends and family and i almost always have a positive experience. The few negative ones at this location greatly outweigh the negative. The last few times I’ve gone there’s been a woman making our food that not only is incredibly kind but gives the best portion sizes that I’ve come across. The store is also normally clean and the atmosphere is nice.
Food was presentable and nice looking but the proteins (adobe chicken + ground beef) are the only nasty part everything else was fine, corporate tighten the hell up an get some grills and real meat

The staff is friendly, although some reviews mention that a few employees can have attitudes, and customer service could be more welcoming. Customers also note the restaurant is very clean and well-lit, though occasionally the floor needs attention. While many enjoy the food, some have expressed dissatisfaction with the seasoning of the white meat chicken, finding it overwhelming due to too much pepper and garlic, and have stopped visiting because of it.
