First time here in this new location and wow! Great customer service very kind and knowledgeable and the coffee was absolutely amazing! We bought 3 sandwiches: Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap, Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta, Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia all 3 were fresh and so yummy! Then for drinks we got the new Caramel Brulée Crème delicious and another favorite Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino®. We also got cake pops and cheese danishs all came out delicious. It's always a 50/50 chance your drink will come out good. I would pick the sanford one over this one though. They always messing up my drinks and I get so frustrated to ask them to do my drink again. Especially that I have to rush to work. They take forever and they are just not good at training people to make drinks. I give them a 3 star because their customer service is good. I'm just tired of asking them to make my drink over and over again. It gets annoying after a while.
I come here all the time and the service has always been great. My order very rarely gets messed up and even when it is, the employees are quick to correct it and are very friendly. Thank you!!!!!
