Honestly this location doesn’t get the same volume as others and yet the attention to detail is lacking across the board. What’s the point of offering a barista promise if the drink is made incorrectly the first time when it’s highly likely that it will be made the same way the second time? Paying $8 for a disgusting drink isn’t okay. This brand really continues to prove it does not care about their customers when you can’t make a drink off the menu correctly.
Always use drive thru. Parking lot is open full making it difficult to walk and store. Needs dedicated parking space for online orders only.

So tell me how I’m waiting in line to get my frappe after already being handed my two cheese danishes and I see an employee go up to another with a tray of what looked liked danishes and and proceeds to tell the other employee that all of these are expired. I couldn’t hear what was said next and didn’t think anything else about it until getting home and my wife and I bit into the cheese danishes and they were so sour my wife threw up. So I proceed to call the store and ask for a manger the lady on the phone said she was and so I explained the situation and told her about seeing the employee saying the food was expired she just simply says no that was the breakfast sandwich and that nobody else has complained. She told me if I drive back over to the store “today” that she would replace them… crazy I know what I saw and those were not breakfast sandwiches they were serving expired sour danishes.

First time here in this new location and wow! Great customer service very kind and knowledgeable and the coffee was absolutely amazing! We bought 3 sandwiches: Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap, Turkey, Provolone & Pesto on Ciabatta, Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia all 3 were fresh and so yummy! Then for drinks we got the new Caramel Brulée Crème delicious and another favorite Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino®. We also got cake pops and cheese danishs all came out delicious. Great location very clean and happy we finally got a star bucks!
