For reference it’s me and 3 children (4,8,10) I then pay for our food and sit down with the kids started opening our box of pizza when one of the employees comes up and says “you can’t call carry out and dine in, we have a sign right here” so I then had to gather up the food and children and leave. How was I suppose to know there’s a sign in the building that says that? It was just extremely embarrassing and ridiculous that I had to pack up my children and leave when only 2 tables were being sat at.

I went to this location Sunday night at 8 pm , and we had a really bad experience, we were the only customer there, we did take a table and when we started to eat they tell us we can't eat inside because tables are reserved for dinner customers, I told them that I was a dinning customer and they tell us no because we did not specify that the order was to dinning in, all tables were empty, now I understand why. I love pizza hut and I invite my boyfriend, it was his second time trying to eat there and we were not allowed, I'm a general manager for a restaurant, and I know how business works and this is not the way, and I want to mention when finally we went and eat in the car , all employees were smoking Marijuana outside in front of us, that was a really bad experience.

Order a pizza for dinner at the place . After the workers came in because I was outside and waiting they told me a pizza in the box and told me I had to leave the place . All the basic tables and workers talking outside . I do not recommend them at all and I tell the bosses to check the workers they have. Very bad experience.

Today we went to eat at this restaurant. What a bad experience we had. The waiter was extremely hostile. After finishing our food, this person told us that we had to move because he had to clean the table, seriously. The restaurant was completely empty. He kicked us out of the place. This will be the first and last time I visit this place. If you don't know how to treat the public, find another job.

Delivery was expected in 45 minutes and got here in 20 minutes in which I understood why the cheese Tavern pizza was salty, overheated and dry no cheese looks like a cracker at the point that we couldn’t eat it. Apparently a customer didn’t pickup the order and was delivered to me.
I have never been to their drive thru before. When I got to the window, I said I just saw your sign (pointing to where it said to call ahead), and as I was saying “but I have a question…”, he shut the window on me and turned around and walked away. Rude!

If your server is Mario, run. He is obnoxiously rude and will ignore your table. He ignored me and my friend the entire time we were there. We ended up being served by a manager. We were also the only people in the restaurant... Our table was never offered plates or silverware when the food came out. While the chicken was good, my pizza was full of bubbles. It was more bubble than pizza at that point.
