I didn't think I would do another review so soon,the last time I placed an order it was late past Pickup time,this time it was ready early,I got home it was cold,I can deal with that,but the chicken wasn't as good as usual, and when you go in to Pickup order no one turns around to say a word,I just happened to find my order on a shelf, since it's a 25 minute drive for me I don't think I will go again for awhile

$30 for 2 tiny combos , completely wrong, missing sides. Everything tasted just awful and old as if just about to spoil.
basically you're just paying for fried bones.
Should have gone to a restaurant for take out or publix next time i want chicken. Cheaper and bigger sides.

Absolutely the WORST Popeyes!! The first time we ordered on line, got a message that it was ready but when we got there we went through the drive through and was told they had to make the chicken. We had to sit out in the parking lot for a half hour waiting for them to make our food and bring it out. Last night we decided to give them another try. BAD idea!!! The regular chicken looked and tasted like it had been sitting out literally all day. The biscuits as usual were hard and nasty. The mild chicken that they had just made was cold in the middle. The rice and beans were grey in color, and the macaroni and cheese was cold like it had been in the refrigerator. We will NOT be giving them another try. I don't recommend.

Ordered a 10 pc family deal classic from this location. Food looked and tasted old. The meal sides container were half filled. On top of it all, I was told to pull forward in the drive-through and waited 15 minutes to still receive this type of service.

Mindi needs to learn some manners, i was ordering and she kept taking over me. How hard is it to understand that I want to chicken sandwich meals 1 with cheese, both with fries and sweet teas. And a side of max n cheese. Then she forgot my fries, so I had to go inside and ask for it and she acted like I was a nuisance. Please train her in proper customer service.

Beans and rice is mostly rice with a tiny tiny splash of beans at the bottom of container. Ordered regular chicken and it was bland. Quality has dropped, sadly.

They forgot my straws, my drinks, my condiments, and gave me spicy chicken tenders instead of just normal ones. This location consistently-- and I mean 9 out of 10 orders, messes up at least one thing in my order. This location had poor customer service. I waited at the in-store line for 20 minutes. The person taking my order when I was at the drive thru was irritating, the food can be good and it can be stale, the fries are meh and always soggy.

I've had problems with this Popeyes location for years now. butchering my order, producing mediocre food most of the time, having disappointing fries, so-so customer service, and expensive food WAYY over valued.

Around Orange City are other, better options, Popeyes should be at the bottom of your fast food list if you want good food, an easy in-out experience, and great customer service.

Kid-friendliness: Just as kid friendly as other popular fast food locations

Empleados lentos, mal servicio.

This is the 10th time ordering. Every time we ask for Mardi gras mustard. They send honey mustard. And always leave a side out. Ordered a large mashed potatoes and gravy. Got nothing. This happens every week.Wake up and read your order people!

Food was served hot, and we received everything we ordered. Drive thru took a while, but the staff was friendly.
