Spent 9 dollars on a small ice cream. Paid 2 dollars more for extra heath and Oreo. My ice cream literally had nothing in it. And when I went back through to ask them about it all I got was attitude. lol like I was wrong. I’ve gotten this same item many times with no issues. This time will definitely be the last. “My manager made your ice cream I saw her, I know it’s right”. Can’t argue with ignorance. Just won’t come back with my family. We can go right up the street to steak and shake for the same ice cream and better customer service

Just went through the drive thru and received this absolutely disgusting drink. It was supposed to be a Dr.Pepper with lime somehow this is what I was given. I went back through asked them what this even was?? And she rudely handed me the same exact drink. She gave me no time to ask for a refund. Absolutely disgusting kitchen with very rude staff.

A few days ago went to Sonic around 3 pm. We ordered one foot long dog with cheese and chilly. One small chilly dog plus cheese sticks fries. The footling was cold, bun was so soggy couldn’t it. The fries were cold all melted to one fry. Couldn’t eat the fries. The cheese sticks was fried in old oil. Terrible.
Don’t know what’s on here. We eat there all the time major wastes of $18. BUYER BE WARE!!!

Went today, Sunday. Nasty tasting food, hotdog was 3 different colors inside. Tried to go to bathroom, but an employee was using it for 15 minutes, screaming at someone on her cellphone, wouldn't open door. Will be last time we go this location.

Love being able to go here and get drinks for everyone and having so many options! We had an issue this time though we ordered a cherry limeade slush and they gave us just regular but didn't realize it right away otherwise everything else was absolutely amazing. My son loves the fries so much
