The food was good, and made fresh to order. Which I actually really like. The service was good no roller skates but, friendly. It was clean outside. Even the bathroom wasn't that bad. Except for it being outside. I really enjoyed all of my food. Oh, there was one issue with knowledge of the menu from the order takers. It clearly displayed a limited time for a special hamburger, and the employee kept telling me that they didn't have it. When I clearly was staring at it on the menu screen.

We’ve come here before so I can say the food is nice but the girl was rude at a literal 8 am in the morning and I was like NOPE, we left.

Ferris

This visit was the last straw for me. I've been coming to this location for years, but I was extremely disappointed to see that they rehired one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Not just toward me, but to everyone I have ever spoken to.

I don’t usually like to say I’ll never return like a 'Karen', as I know my business is small in the grand scheme of things, but after today, I don’t see myself coming back—at least not alone. I have already been coming a lot less.

The employee in question is recognizable by her long braid, she is heavier, a permanent scowl, and unfriendly demeanor. When I pulled up to order and said, “Order for Ferris,” she cut me off with a sharp “WINDOW.” Once I drove up, I watched her aggressively slamming items around inside. Making me very nervous.

When she opened the window, she slammed my drink carrier onto the counter and shoved it toward me with a curt “HERE.” I took a moment before grabbing it, and she immediately snapped, “You’re welcome.” When I didn’t respond, she loudly repeated, “YOU’RE. WELCOME.” before slamming the window shut. I was not going to speak to her due to her aggression.

I was already having a rough morning, and that level of hostility was completely unnecessary. If someone is that miserable, they shouldn’t be taking it out on customers. Or anyone for that matter. And truth be told, I do not care for what I screamed at her as it took every ounce of effort not to circle back. But, I wanted to be the bigger person and resolve this issue later on when the hotline opens. And trust me, I will.

This kind of behavior is what got her let go before—not me. Multiple people have complained about her. Nor do I care if I was the last straw in her being let go. The job market is tough, yes, but if you act like that? You'll make it worse for yourself. And that is NO one's fault but your own, ma'am.

I’ve always been kind when I visit, even when the service is less than welcoming, but after today, I won’t be returning. And if the employees find it so amusing that I used to come in regularly, they won’t have to worry about that anymore.

And if you—the person in question—are reading this, I hope you take a moment to reflect on how you treat others. Because this is not the end of your problems in life if you keep up that behavior!

I had ordered through the Uber app and I accidentally had a duplicate order so I called the store to speak to the merchant like I was advised through the Uber customer service line . And Yes, it was a young lady who was very aggressive who answered and I’m sure the calls are recorded. She was cursing at me not letting me speak and I can tell that they were gonna mess with my food. I asked them to cancel, but they said no they told me that they didn’t even have my order which was a double order on Uber‘s behalf because I am logged in on two different Locations. One through Safari and one through the app and I was charged and sent the same order twice, and I can tell by the first order it was tampered with in comparison to the second order, which I show details in the pictures. I’m just very appalled and I want a full refund, but most importantly I want someone to betalked to at that job because if not, then I will go there personally to speak to a manager myself

Their quality has dwindled significantly. And not only that, they’ve hired a new girl who is very very very very rude. Every time we talk to her, even pertaining to the order, she slams the window shut and interrupts.

This evening, we said ‘have a good night’ and she slammed the window shut after interrupting and saying ‘I will’. She turns her name badge backwards so no one can see who she is

She’s a young black woman, often wearing long acrylic nails and works the night shift.

This isn’t the first time she has been rude. She gives us nasty looks when we started going into the stalls to avoid her.

Me and my friend (Ferris) are very frequent here. However, we’ve been going far less due to the quality and this rude lady.

They're not on skates anymore but it's still a nice atmosphere. We didn't recieve any condiments and we ordered food that needed it. So there was that but food was freaking DELICIOUS, so I'd go back.
