I just moved from new york 4 months ago and love the food from here and my husband and I go here at least once a week. The manager clearly got to know us and what we ordered until we had an issue and then he didn't want anything to do with us or help us. I never went back after that because he said he had scammers wanting free stuff, WHAT! I WAS TELLING HIM HOW SHITTY OUR FOOD WAS AND THAT WE DIDNT EAT IT LAST TIME WE ORDERED IT AND TOOK IT HOME. WE OWN A BUSINESS AND DONT NEED TO SCAM ANYTHING LOL. IM CLEARLY ASHAMED OF THIS BUSINESS AND MANAGER!!! AS THIS FRANCHISE SHOULD BE! I SPEND $50-$60 EVERYTIME AND I AM MAD! I REALLY LIKED THE FOOD AND SAD ABOUT THE SITUATION NOW!!

This is not particularly for this specific location. With that said.... it's blah, empty, hollow. Every restaurant change, no more seating down and getting served, or taking orders. Soda machines are used with a scan print out that gives you 20s to fill up your cup and 1 refill only. why come here when you can go elsewhere to get service, sit down and enjoy with your family, instead of waiting to be called to pause the conversation? This is why I go take my business elsewhere. I pray they go back to what they used to be, because if this continue, is only a matter of time before chapter 11.

Went which is a regular thing I do on the way home from work after scooping my teens. Food is always good. I have 3 shakes and a tea. I’m tired have to make 2 trips because they only have 4 drink carriers left I was baffled because I’m there now and needed one worth a 6 dollar tip I feel like after spending 60.00 in total and I can’t drink carrier cause you’re low in stock that’s crazy. I’m done with my rant.

Hit or miss. Good burgers, but lately, they seem to be forgetting at least one toping or condiment. I always need to check my order before going home.
Nasty bathrooms but I watched the cooks wash there hands very often so it wasn't so bad. Update the bathrooms are still nasty but now they are a self service type of restaurant now much like a burger King or McDonald's and they have the nerve to ask for a tip.

In my opinion since they have done away with the sit down service the appeal of this restaurant chain has diminished. You actually have to oder and pay on a kiosk so there's really no interaction with staff anymore. And to top it off, when you type in your order it asks if you want to leave a TIP !!!! For what ?! They truly have ruined this establishment.

Please stop pre cooking the meat patties! I saw a pile on the side of grill last week. This week I got my drive through order in less than 1 minute. I don't like hockey pucks, I been eating here for years and this just started. Why would you want to put yourself out of business? Please change and you will have 5 stars
