All orders are placed using a kiosk. I want to talk to a person when I place my order. No one greeted me. The food was good. Your typical steak 'n shake burger and fries.

This is what you should expect and receive from a QSR restaurant. I enjoyed the time I spent here. Though I didn't stay long, I got my food to go. I was greeted as soon as I entered. It is a self-order service so you have to use the kiosk. my daughter was given a hat and some crayons while we waited on our meal. over all it was really comfortable to be here during lunch. There is a claw machine in the back....

I agree the inside is not great. But picking up in the drive thru has been great. I haven’t eaten here for longtime because the food was terrible, it had went down hill since the 2010’s. But I recently tried again after the tallow advertising and the food has been great. It’s also very affordable, why pay $20 a person at 5 guys? You can get two great meals for less than $25. The staff has been trying to step up and I appreciate it. I hope management shares this review with them. Keep up with the crispy smash burgers and fries, stay consistent and the customers will keep coming!

The way they changed how you get your drinks is dumb. Then they only allow you to get 1 refill after you paid to dine in and eat.
Self service on entering no one greets you, you pretty much place your order at a kiosk then your name is called over a loud speaker when your order is ready, kinda impersonal, place looked neat and organized, open kitchen format you can see the cooks making burgers. The food was made to order hot and fresh, and made in a timely manner, overall it was great tasting food, definitely give them a try! There was also an option to order ahead and pick up at a designated counter.

I want to say I like steak and shake a lot but the thing that brings it down the most is how outdated the restaurant is on the inside and how sticky the floor is and how stinky it is. Other than that the food tastes good
