Let me start off by saying, this is usually my store of choice.
Placed an online order (Chicken Bacon Ranch), picked up and got to my location only to see that both sandwiches were made from the wrong bread, not toasted as per request and only 1 strip of bacon in sandwich. Needless to say how disappointed I was. Tried calling location but no response.
Not sure if the server is new or what but this has never happened and when I tried to reach out no one is answering the phone line. Unacceptable!

Lady talking order seemed angry. This place is cheap with napkins. 2 napkings for 2 people sharing a foot long. I had to get up and ask for more napkins. I usually like wiping down the table when I'm done. But without napkins I was unable to do it. A man near us accidently spilled his water. Seat & table wet. Had he had access to napkins he could have dried it up.

I can never use the app to order. When I go to the restaurant, employees can't use it either. I use it to get the online specials. Tonight I was assisted by Asst Manager, Shelby. She started out helpful and even offered 50 percent off. But asked me to wait while she checked out another customer. When she was done I stepped back up and asked again about the discount. She, again, asked me to step aside. She then completed assisting every other customer. Even those who came in after I stepped aside to wait. She then washed her hands and stared at the back wall to ignore me. When I reminded her that I was waiting, she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she said she couldn't offer the 50% off. She was willing to honor the 6.99 advertised offer but on only one sandwich. I'm not looking for freebies, just for Subway to make it easier to redeem their online specials and for their managers to be more helpful when Subway technology fails.
Came im last night to get 2 meat ball subs and she told me she has everything put up.

Highly frustrated. Im staying up the street from this Subway at the Hospice center. Twice I have ordered the Turkey Cali Club. 1st time they forgot the avocado and now the second time they forget the beacon. Will you please have your employees learn the sandwiches they are making. Im paying for stuff I didn't get to eat.
