I ordered the cookie dough flautas and got surprised that came out with the hershey sauce super cold that I could not eat it. When asked the employees why it was so cold they stated it’s like that and did not do anything about it. Never will order it again.

As soon as I walk there they were not that busy. They had me waiting to place an order. The floors were off filthy full of food in the floor. Tables were all dirty. My wife had to clean her own table. Disgusting then again, it's not a really Mexican restaurant. It's like a Taco Bell cuz I love Mexican food and in Chicago every restaurant I go is clean

My steak burrito had a good portion of meat, and everything tasted nice and fresh. The staff were all super friendly and attentive, and the store was super clean. Best location!

This used to be my fave location but it's too loud, food was soggy and I had to ask them to remake it, and saw MANY others with issues while eating there. Food was fine, tasted weird but I drowned it in sauce because I didn't want to wait. Most of the staff minus the main guy working the register seemed annoyed when interacting with them.

They gotta be buying reviews... taco bell is trash and I'd rather had their food. All 3 Meats in tacos were seasoned with air. All veggies were 2 weeks past prime. Chips were stale as he'll. The 5$ 3oz cup of queso was really old bag cheese sauce. Was by far the worst meal I've eaten in years. I threw 40$ of food away and went to Publix and got a sub. I'd rather ate 711 tacos that been in warmer 8 hours, they least have flavor
