I normally get the flautas but the steak were little black lumps of dried up meat. Today I go back and decide to get a burrito just to be told they no longer make them wet with sauce? Not sure how that can be. Talk to the manager who could care less. Explained I live too far away to keep having to come back and return my food. Me and my family will not be back

I ordered a Take Home Taco Meal for my family. My FAMILY. I have a 14 and 6 year old that hate spicy things.They NEVER used to put the fresh jalapeños mixed in with the pico. Actually it was always tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cheese.Well guess what- now no one can have tomatoes or onions because they are all spicy!!The queso?!? Omg- it looks like it was made last week?? The shredded chicken was so incredibly dry.Please understand, I know this brand and company. I have been a die hard TFlats person since 2003!!! Over 20 years! O have no clue what’s going on but THIS is the worst quality I’ve ever seen from this brand.Stop ? cutting corners and DO IT RIGHT! Been there, seen it and know what it used to be. Last $70 order for my family I’ll make.

Waited over an hour for takeout. They gave us a pickup time and we ended up waiting 30 more mins after our pickup time.The staff was playing around. There were numerous guests waiting. Awful customer service.
This was the first time my boyfriend and I had ever had tijuana flats and we were instantly greeted with a smile as an employee held the door open for us. The menu was easy to follow and there were a variety of choices! The server was so nice and answered all the questions I had regarding my food preferences.We didn't have to wait long for our food at all either, it came out so fast! The food exceeded our expectations: the portions were huge and there were more than enough chips for the both of us. We didn't stay long because of a family emergency and although we said we were dining in, a passing server was very polite and understanding when I asked for boxes.I absolutely would visit this location again if I have the chance :)Kid-friendliness: There were HUGE coloring sheets where you order for your little ones to grab and enjoy at the table.

We used to go to this perticular Tiajuana Flats at least once a week. If you ordered take out and you were there at the time it said it would be ready, the drinks had been made for awhile and were watered down where the ice had melted. The last few times had a lot less beef and ingredients on the Nachos that you pay a little better than $10.00 for. This past Saturday evening I stopped in about 5 minutes later than it was supposed to be ready. Picked the meal up which was ready and went home which is about 8 minutes away. We sat down at the table, opened the box and again very little beef or ingredients. We started to eat it and it was literally Ice Cold like they had just took it out of the refrigerator. We ate a couple of pieces and I threw it out. I was so disgusted after spending about $25.00 for the Grandchild’s meal and ours. I do not know who the manager is or the people in the back that make the food but the owner should fire all of them
