Sadly, we were extremely disappointed in the service. We ordered our food online & we had before with no problem. This time it was the wrong order when we received it. So we called. The Mgr offered to remake the dinners correctly. And we took pics of the wrong ones for proof ( she told us we did not need return them. So we got the new dinners, and the Mgr would only give us ONE although two were wrong and again it was wrong!!! It was the exact same WRONG dinner that we already received! Do people really not care about there jobs anymore nor service? At my company this would never be tolerated! People. we are all paying higher prices now as people are demanding higher wages, but the service and quality is getting worse. Needless to say we will not be eating at this Zaxby’s again.

For the first time ever the food today tasted like it was fried in bad (old) oil. Threw it away. Won't be back for a good while. Yuck!

22 almost $23 for subpar food that you can taste the fact that it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. It’s lunch time yet nothing is being made to order (which is standard might I add) I guess that’s what you get when you order in the app. Every visit to this specific location I hope they redeem themselves but it’s still the same thing every time. Staff that seems as though your being there is the biggest inconvenience in their life, half cooked chicken and cold fries.

I love this Zaxby's because NO matter what, I order, it's fresh and hot to go each time.If I run into an issue, they fix it really quick and apologize. Clean store each time.

Kid-friendliness: They have kid's menue and they give a good portion of food for kids meals.Along with a drink and cookie.

So I’ve been coming to this Zaxbys for more than 15yrs. We love the food! I have to say that I’ve been frustrated over the last several years back before Covid due to the lack of quality assurance! Every single time I come thru the drive thru we are always disappointed with the amount of fries we are served! We pay for the large fries and barely get the serving of a regular fries. Then when we gently and kindly ask the employees to please add more fries there is a blank stare and look of discontent because we are asking. I repeatedly explain that we pay premium prices for a fair serving and then the look turns to annoyed! This time I ordered mine and my daughter’s food in advanced and just to be sure I open to see if the fries are correct or not. And of course they look less than a regular serving. Politely ask the female staff if they can pls add more as I paid for the large upgrade and then I look at the sandwich bun to see about the sauce, and it’s the tiniest dollop so I ask if they can add more to the sandwich or throw in a sauce and I’ll do it. She appears annoyed and says I’ll just have them remake it! I stopped the motion of handing her the container to say “ no I don’t want it remade I just want the correct serving of fries and sauce please” she proceeded to ask me to pull up and they’ll have it out. And I get it who cares right? Like it’s just time and time and time again this happens EVERY time I have yet to have one experience where I didn’t have to ask for them to please add the proper fries! So I just decided to make a review since it’s been so long! Not to mention the sauce policy is annoying I spend easy $40-$50 for a family of 5 and I have to literally ask the manager to get some extra sauces! It’s just a customer service issue! The food tastes great! Hope they can turn this around for a better experience!

I ordered a bluesalad with the buffalo chicken. They put the buffalo sauce over the salad impossible to be able to eat it. I talked to the manager on duty and what he offered me was blue cheese dressing and then he ignored me

All good, at least for me the tenders were a bit salty, but good ?

Well update chicken taco is a disappointment. Half the amount need of chicken...
