While I love Arby's, but whoever bagged my Uber Eats order surely didn't check my order vs. the food they bagged.I ordered 4 beef and cheddar meals.so I should have had 4 sandwiches ✔️,3 curly fries,nope only 2,1 crinkle fries✔️,1 sprite ✔️,1coke✔️,1 coke zero ✔️and 1 Barq's root beer,nope.And when I try to call,they never answer.
Horrible service today at the Wells Rd location . And to make matters worse, it was the general manager who serviced us. Terrible attitude and no greeting or anything. Plus my gyro was ice cold, took it back and he examines it to make sure and makes another and says “here you go”! No sorry or anything! Won’t go back to this location!!! Lead by example ahole!
